Pros: The room was lovely and spacious. They staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I love standard German breakfast, which is what they served, so I was quite happy.
The location is good for people that don't like staying in the middle of crowds. It was quiet at night and we were on the ground floor.

Pros: Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly (not the most common thing!), I booked short notice and arrived early but they were extremely accommodating and the room was ready almost immediately. Complimentary breakfast in my room was delicious. Room itself was very nice, bathroom was fantastic. Wish I had time to use the sauna! Location is great as well, I had been staying in Prague 3 but moved to hotel general after not being satisfied with the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the sights in new/old town, and a short and lovely walk or tram ride up to small town. And there is a grocery, mall, and metro stop very close by as well. Couldn't have been happier here!

Pros: Easy to book in and was given a large single room that was well appointed, in fact very comfortable. The hotel felt good to be in it is hard to describe but I was happy here

Pros: A lovely dining room which we enjoyed our breakfast in. We ate dinner there a couple of times which was nice. The shower was very powerful and the shampoo provided was excellent, a really lovely smell.
Cons: They maid took our aircon remote control on the 16th October. Apparently is was the Summer Winter change over, we were not informed of this and so spent a considerable time searching the room for it. The hotel needs to either wait for new customers to come before taking it or leave a note for us.

Pros: Beautiful modern hotel in the center of old town of Prague, minute away from everything . Wine for free every day at 18.
Cons: A 5 star hotel you expect everything to be of highest standard, however the wall paper and textiles seem «warrned» out, with holes and old dirt , like the chairs in the spa area. The spa products in the room where cheap and not what I would expect at a 5 star hotel. The privat M room was also well used and did not look like an exclusive club. The interior needs a lift there too.

Pros: It was well situated
Cons: Spider webs above my bed, the staff seemed annoyed when my key demagnetized. I accidentally upgraded to a suite and immediately emailed to correct it, hotel passed the buck to booking.com who assured me it was handled. The hotel DID see my email and reply, so they knew of the situation I get to the hotel and was promptly shown to the suite. I explained the situation to the guy showing me my room and he said "we will figure it out tomorrow". I called booking.com immediately. After about 45 minutes he returned to move me to a standard room. When he did so, he said its good I called cause I saved myself 800 euro.

Pros: This was truly a 5 star experience. We booked a superior room on the 6th floor. I am generally a slightly fussy individual, and yet I cannot fault this hotel in any way. I really wish that all hotels were like this. It is one of the finest hotel experiences my wife and I have had. The room was large and exceptionally quiet. I slept very well. The bed and bathroom linen was changed every day.The bathroom area was wonderful. There was a bath, a separate adjoining toilet and bidet, and a large walk in shower. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is a comprehensive buffet bar with cooked food, a selection of fruits, yoghurts and cereals and bread and croissants etc. We also ate one night in the evening restaurant. The standard of the cuisine and choice of dishes was excellent, It is well located above the City near the Loreto and Castle, and my favourite Petrin Hill park with spectacular views over the City below. The regular number 22 tram takes minutes to go up and down the river level and costs less than £1. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break here.

Pros: I terms of closeness to my office it was great but I think for city-sightseeing it is a bit far away. But I guess that is also why the price is so low. Pros: Everything about this hotel is excellent unless you want to stay in the old part of town. But even the old town, say to Charles' Bridge, is just a quick taxi drive away. The food and drink recommended by one of the staff at the Tradice restaurant (2 mins walk from the hotel) was just great. The hotel breakfast was simply fantastic for choice and taste.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hospitality, food was good and very neat hotel
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: I terms of closeness to my office it was great but I think for city-sightseeing it is a bit far away. But I guess that is also why the price is so low. Room was okay and the bathtub was a major bonus. I got upgraded from Superior to Executive, but I would have seen the Executive room more as a standard room, if I didn't know any better.
Cons: For an executive suite I found it very standard and non-exec. I woke up to somewhat of a smell of sewer or rot and the shower did not have hot water in the morning. I guess that is due to all guest showering at the same time. I don't know if anything can or should be done about that, but when the weather outside is below 0 degrees, then it's somewhat of a hard wakeup call to do cold showers. But I hear it's good for you.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice and the location of the hotel is almost perfect. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and has a direct connection to the airport.
Cons: We always had to draw the curtains, otherwise we could see into the room from the corridor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room is very clean and enough size. Bath, toilet and shower room with heating floor is nice. The clean lady is very helpful and has nice smile.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is excellent unless you want to stay in the old part of town. But even the old town, say to Charles' Bridge, is just a quick taxi drive away. The food and drink recommended by one of the staff at the Tradice restaurant (2 mins walk from the hotel) was just great. The hotel breakfast was simply fantastic for choice and taste.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful in an excellent location, right near the castle and a short walk to Charles bridge . Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd booked a package which included room decoration and the room was beautiful when we arrived, with a bottle of prosecco , fresh cakes and a fresh rose waiting for us. The package also included the spa which was really nice. We both had a massage which was excellent and time in the sauna and whirlpool , it was very relaxing. The meal which was included in the package was very tasty too. Breakfast was really tasty with a great choice. Pros: Nice breakfast.
Cons: Was cold in the room, temperature selector did not work properly or we did not find the way how to set proper teperature. The indicator showed 32, but for sure the temperature was lower. Parking was full, no chance to park the car.

Pros: Excellent location... room and lobby. Food was very good!! A must when in Prague!!
Cons: Pillows. Too big, not good for the neck.

Pros: This hotel was a wonderful place to stay as we toured Prague. It is an easy, beautiful walk from everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable with a view of the river. The staff were all very helpful in a wide variety of languages. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food. We would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.
Cons:
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, services. Great little hotel.
Cons: Bed is a little narrower than average. Pillows a little high and over stuffed.
There was construction in the basement that could be heard all the way up to the 3rd floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very modern, innovative design.Beautiful room, with a lovely alcove that had windows all around (even though it was a budget room). Quiet, non-smoking, very safe and secure building. Extremely clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast included. Steps away from Old Town, and all the places I wanted to visit. Right across from river. Excellent transport from and to airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons:

Pros: The location was good for our purposes as it is in Pargue 6.
The room was clean and was well epuiped. I was scared before because the review by the other travellers. No power plugs in room, No kettle. Old fashioned room etc.
There are 3 kinds of power plug outputs ( US, UK and European) near the desk. The posision would be slight high due to EU regulation.
There are a kettle underneath TV cabinet which you have to pull out its sliding tray to activate. It is cleaver device to avoid condensation in TV cabinet. It is slightly dated but clean and comfortable no noise from next door, no air condition noise. It is 100 meters from Tube station. 40 mins from Airport by Bus and Tube. 2 to 4 stops to City Centre. I liked it very much. I think I can live here if necessary.

Pros: Clean - good brekkie, large room and quiet. Although not in the old town this is only 5 min from Andel tube station (8 if you walk slowly)
Cons: The sauna is a JOKE - reasons: 1-you would think it is included in the price (I paid 85EUR / night ) and you expect sauna to be included , not to be charges 200 Check crown for it ... why ?? In addition they have this silly rule whereby you need to book sauna. ??? No idea why . As tourist and being out and about all day it is impossible to know what time you'll be back to the hotel and/ or have your day revolving around this schedule - this is simply silly and not a customer-friendly arrangement The staff could do with a smile - at least from time to time Do not buy classical music tickets as the hotel charges you approx 20% for 'the service'

Cons: just minor things except the parking situation&costs, maybe. staff should really give recommendations according to guest's wishes: we asked for a good traditional Czech cuisine nearby and the lady sent us to a pub serving burgers&fries!?? :( parking request was not answered instead "no cancellation info" was sent twice ...I've seen that when booking, alright. anyways, according to receptionist it's cheaper to park at the Rudolfinum compared to parking at their sister hotel closeby. we paid € 40 for the night, 24/25hrs, there.

Pros: The hotel was way bigger than I thought it would be. I traveled with my sister and mom. There were two large rooms and were really big, comfortable and included full kitchen which I didn't use but I think it would be useful if I traveled with kids. The bathroom was nice. Reception employees very professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing! I would love to come back and stay in this hotel.

Pros: As I was staying there with my gf, I'm going to put here 2 versions.
My version: the hotel's location is pretty good as it's close to the center and just near the Vltava river. They allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice because we were very tired (after days of traveling). The checkout guy was very kind and was even smiling.
My girlfriend's version(russian): Я и мой молодой человек останавливались в Отеле Augustus et Otto с 27 по 20 сентября 2018 года. Из плюсов: девушка на рецепшене была довольно милой, всегда была горячая вода, пока мы ждали заселения, налили чаю, находится довольно близко к центру (2 с половиной км от центра Праги).

Cons: Here comes the fun part.
My version: this is definitely not a four stars hotel, maybe it used to be but not anymore. I paid 200eu expecting to be welcomed in a luxurious real four stars hotel because we wanted to relax after 2 long weeks of adventures but we were very disappointed, my gf even cried! They first asked us to give a 50 euros deposit for the minibar that contains 3 drinks and 2 chocolates (from billa, the cheapest supermarket) then they gave us vouchers for breakfast because I guess they don't trust anyone even their own customers so we felt very unwelcome. When we entered our room(12), it smelled weird and no it's not because of disinfection, the smell was there every time we entered our room. We had to open windows all the time so we could have some fresh air. We booked a double room, yet it was a twin room (2 single beds put together). The sink pipe in the bathroom was not very often cleaned we could tell as the water was draining very slowly down the pipe. We couldn't use blankets as they were in a pretty bad shape, harsh for the skin and the TV was too small with wires hanging around. Now for the breakfast, every product is from billa (I love billa but I paid 200eu here!), And same breakfast everyday with very poor choice. Every morning there was very loud post Soviet music coming from the kitchen even at 9am when people just woke up! We could hear it from our room!! Also i saw children playing around the kitchen.
My girlfriend's version:

Pros: Free wifi, cheap, and towels provided.
Cons: I didn't like the location. A struggle to walk to tram station bcoz of hilly roads. Room was cramped. Shared bathroom was dark and out-dated. There was no light at the toilet. Only at the sink and showers. There was only 1 restaurant next door and i don't see other shops or supermarket nearby. I don't recommend for family with children and/or luggages. It's ok for singles or couples who just wants a place to sleep.
