Pros:
The car was not ready when I got there. They gave me a un upgrade to a Camaro. When I dropped off the car (early) I was charged an extra 50 dollars.7.2 Good

Pros:
Drop off attendant was very nice and gave me some money back when I explained that the car I was given was not the type that I had rented. The car itself, though was clean and worked well.Cons:
They gave me a different kind of car than what I reserved and I easily spent $100 more in gas than planned since they gave me a Jeep Renegade and I reserved a Ford Fiesta or similar. Also, there was no windshield wiper fluid at all.4.4 Mediocre

Cons:
We arrived at the airport return station to return the car, where we were told that we were at the wrong drop off place. We were told that we could leave the car there for $200 extra dollars. Agent was extremely abrupt and rude. We had to drive the car another 20 plus miles(To the Mexican border). I complained to the agent there and her response was "well, you had this address," to which my reply was "I am from Kansas how do I know where this is?" It ended up costing us another $40 to get a Uber to return us to the airport. Additionally, we left the car in a parking lot unchecked, as we were told to just return the key to the agent inside the airport. Thankfully we were early, or we might have missed our flight. Agent in LA should have caught this and changed our return location. I will never rent from Budget again...I don't care how cheap they are.Avis

Pick up at 10am. No one at the counter until 10:15. Given a vehicle that ran out of oil (0%) during the trip. Called AVIS customer service. They told me I could either buy oil and bring the receipt to get reimbursed or I could go to a AVIS location and exchange the vehicle. I went to an AVIS location and was told there were no vehicles available and to just buy some oil to fill it up until the trip was over. Finally got back to the original location and they told me that I had to speak to the manager on the phone in order to handle my case. Would've preferred not having to go around in circles2.8 Poor

When I reserved the rental car I wanted to reserve from airport and the agent had told me my car reservations was at a location 30 miles away so I had to pay the difference to reserve from that location.7.2 Good
