The staff was great and did what they could to help.
They were overbooked. I had booked 2 queen beds but they only had 1 king room available for our first night. The first room they gave us had wet carpet. In the second room, the curtains wouldn't close all the way. I spent the first night on a roll away bed and had to move the second night to get the room with 2 queen beds that I had originally booked and pre-paid for. The staff was extremely nice but the experience with the rooms was less than enjoyable. For the price I paid, I expected more. The hotel did give me a $250 food and drink credit to use during my stay but it didn't make up for having to switch rooms so many times and the first extremely uncomfortable night I spent there. I won't be back.
Location and quick check in & check out.
A bit old, charging more for what you can get at other hotels
The building was beautiful, well decorated.
I was not happy about the room, it was very dusty.
The Lift bar was right next to the elevators.
