Large room with nice bathroom
Smokey and musty even though it was renovated 6 months ago
Room was spacious with an excellent view. Double bathroom shower was excellent
Room was somewhat dusty. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay
I had a big problem cause the room I thought I was gonna stay in was not the room as shown in the pics and as described by the description. Thought it could be fixed but then found out it was a privately owned room so Palms place had nothing to do with it. I was never informed about it being a private owner and the owner said all the pics and description of the room wasnt for the room I stayed in. I thought I was in a king suite with balcony but the host said her room doesnt describe her place to be that. Everything about the room was wrong and I was very unhappy and nothing was done about it.
I stayed here before for a work trip for a month feb 2017.
The bed had hair on it and the balcony door was locked (unsure if this is a new security feature)
