Very good
Jakob, Oct 2026
Check in and be technology running check in and out was difficult (could not tap card at check in, chip reader had trouble and person reported no other way to charge my card). They also had a hard time pulling up my reservation. After this, everything was fine. Hotel itself was showing some age but it was nice.

Rooms were fine. Older decor but comfortable enough and decent size. The casino, restaurants, lounges, and bars were just OK. Not on par with some of the nicer hotel casinos on the strip. My steak at the steakhouse was a bit tough and slightly overcooked. Baked potato was huge and good. Bone marrow good. For $171 (1 person with 1 drink), I expected much better. No cool lounges or bars to hang out ...

We booked this hotel for December 2025 believing it would be under the Accor management - not so lucky. The property smells of smoke throughout its casino, hallways, public areas, and restaurants. There are no amenities in the room housekeeping did not show up for two nights stay the mattress was lumpy. There’s nothing good to say about this hotel until it converts to Accor

Resort fees were high considering the pool was closed. Prices are high. Dining options on site are limited. The Chinese restaurant and steak house were the only good places.Lucky there were more options in the mall and the Venetian (across the street). Most staff were ok, but security and the woman at “Guest Services” were so bad they bring down the rating for everyone else.

If the Treasure Island Hotel were a motel I would rate them higher. But, my expectations for a hotel are much higher. Let’s start with the good. The room was clean. When we asked for extra pillows, it was taken care of immediately. We had fresh towels daily and hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Now the not so good. Starbucks has two locations onsite. This means no coffee maker in the room...

Travelled with family; reached about 3 hours before the check-in time and they asked $40 extra for early check-in. Such a big resort with hundreds of available rooms in non-peak season, it was sad to see they asking $40 extra for 3 hour early check-in.

Treasure Island was excellent. The room was large and very well maintained. I also liked the casino and the location on The Strip can't be beat. The only complaint I had was the long wait to check in. Two people working check in with over 20 people in line is ridiculous. No valid excuse for letting it happen. Employees should be cross trained so if some employees are missing, others can step in to...
