Pros: Other than the unfortunate road work outside the place was very good and comfortable and in a perfect location.
Mediocre

Pros: The location was good
Cons: Very small rooms and not at all like the photos on their or 3rd party websites. The rooms were not properly cleaned and 1 night I found a spider in my bed! Floors were not swept and felt very sandy. We left early although we had paid for a longer stay coz we just did not want to be there any more.

Pros: Excellent hotel from top to bottom, I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Krakow. Great location, just outside the old-town ring. Easy walk to many areas and attractions. Supermarket just down the street, too. Wonderful staff as well.
Cons: I was disappointed that the in-room wifi was not free, but sadly, that seems to be more and more common.

Pros: The hotel is located in the city center, so getting around for sightseeing was all done by foot or the occasional tram. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a very spacious low level room with two beds. Overall, very satisfied!
Cons: Stayed on the 1st floor and for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend, which also happened to be the same weekend as Advent (Catholic start of Christmas season). The halls were a bit loud, but mainly from the noise of people walking up and down. There were a couple of parties at the hotel but they all finished at a reasonable time.

Cons: Reach of wireless signal was at my room. Room was at the end of corridor, that is why. But it is simple thing as wireless repeater for comfortable internet access. Connection was bad all the time, and with that speed as well. Going out of room to get a better connection is stupid. So, if that would be fine, I would give 5 stars, with lack of internet only 3.

Pros: The property was much bigger and offered much more than expected. They even have a sightseeing tour bus of Kraków, a spa, a salon, and 2 restaurants. The decor is to a high standard and the lobby presents like a pricier boutique hotel. This hotel is CLEAN! Not only was the room spotless, but every public area was totally clean and neat too. Even the children's play area! The pool was clean and the water was heated to the perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was awesome! Changing rooms, showers and lockers were also available. A receptionist was on hand to provide towels too. The included breakfast was served in a HUGE, beautifully decorated dining hall complete with tablecloths and place settings. The breakfast options were what you'd expect of a restaurant with many options. Fresh juicy fruits, eggs, bacon, pancakes, several different meats, lots of different salads and breads. This was far more and far better than a basic continental breakfast. And it was all delicious! We had an issue with our room lights and someone came within 5 minutes and fixed it. The staff was friendly and polite, as could be expected at a 5-star property in New York or London. The room was comfortable and well decorated with a great view of the river.
Cons: Major negative - no iron in the room! Guests are required to give the clothes to the staff for ironing service, and the up charge is steep. It cost around €20 for a business suit. I really did not like that and it was the very first time I have ever seen a hotel not provide the option to just get an iron and press your own clothes. It takes a few hours so I was lucky to call early. It was rather easy to hear people in rooms next door, especially when they spoke loud. Also, there were travelers with kids and those jerks had the kids running around and jumping up and down until maybe midnight, which could also be heard in the room. The sound proofing could be better. However, I would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family! They seem to have brisk business especially with international tourists and they deserve it!!

Pros: For anyone who likes to explore on foot.. River walk , within 10 mins of old Jewish Quarter , Kasimiertz, Schindler factory museum is direclty across river. Nice direct walk to town centre and castle. Spa facility is good. Staff very helpful Breakfast staff excellent , working a busy area offering plenty of variety of food / drink.
Cons: New build concrete construction therefore inevitable sound proofing issues.. I had someone pacing floor in room above in the early hours.. I suggest if you are a light sleeper, carry a set of ear plugs.. I sleep deeply so didn't bother me that much but you will hear people entering the rooms either side of you and toilets flushing. LIGHT SLEEPERS : EAR PLUGS

Pros: Have been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years during my visits to Krakow. Clean and consistent. The restaurant has the best mushroom soup and potato pancakes in the city. I've tried many and return here regularly. During hot months, they can provide a fan to take the edge off. Very few hotels have AC, plan accordingly. Location to Old Town is excellent. Out the door, straight and you are in the heart of this magical city.
