Pros: The staff were great, very helpful. It was close to public transport and bus/tour pick up points. good view over the river and town. rooms well thought out spacious and clean.
Cons: got ripped off by a taxi driver but I suppose you get that, nothing to dislike about the hotel at all

Pros: The room was clean and I enjoyed having a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and just a short walk to the Kazimierz District. Also the tram station is just 2 blocks which you can take to the old square, galleria shopping mall and even to the main bus station then on to Krakow Airport.

Cons: room with two single beds was tight on space many items at breakfast were gone due to large tour group ahead of us
