Pros: Very clean and pleasant place, 100% worth the price. Hard to find the same standard in the price and area range in Cracow. Bathroom very clean, though it's important to notice that single rooms only have shower and sink in the room and use toilets on the corridor. That is why I changed my room to twin and it was ok :) The inside, free parking is very helpful.

Pros: the rooms were very clean and tidy. the staff spoke very good english and were very helpful and polite. overall we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. there is nothing that we could really complain about. we would have no hesitation in going back to stay at this hotel again. certainly a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel is close to the city center (less than 15 minutes walk) so it's a good start for sightseeing. There's free parking near the hotel, so ideal if you come by car. Very good value for the money.

Pros: All the staff we spoke to were really helpful and friendly. The reception team were brilliant and gave us a really useful welcome pack, which included a very good Krakow city guide. They had a shuttle taxi to take you in to the city centre for free, excellent. The meals were great and the restaurant staff did their best to get you what you wanted.

Pros: Bedroom comfortable, especially pleased with bed. Nice clean Hotel where everything just worked as supposed to. Handy for airport, but beware roadworks. staff friendly and help full.

Pros: Very friendly english speaking staffs. They helped me a lot. The hostel is located a little bit far from the center of the city, but 10～15 minutes by walk. Trams are also available.

Pros: We also stayed at Premium Hostel (the floor below) but preferred Freedom. Close enough to the old city to walk (around 10 minutes), though you have to catch a tram/ bus from the train station. There is not much food or entertainment of note close to the hostel, but transport connections are good. Room was small but clean. Room was warm during the day but cooled off at night if a window to the main road was kept open. Unfortunately, the street outside can be noisy with traffic, and one night loud music and garbage trucks kept us awake. Not a social atmosphere, though a simple but sufficient breakfast (bread, selection of jams, cheese and yoghurt) is included in a common breakfast room. Walk very quickly across the nearby main road.

Pros: A very adequate and inexpensive hostel. Ideal if you are with a group of friends who want to spend most of the time out and about, with the room just to be used to crash at night. It was very clean, well equiped and quiet.
