The cleaning. The sheets were dirty and were replaced. Breakfast not up to 4 stars

The location
There should not be cigarrette smoke coming from the next room, but this happened during two nights. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the blanket very heavy. The elevator was broken during our stay and it was quite troublesome to use stairs due to the problems with my knees.
