Pros: The corner room is great. The room size is decent-to-big. The TV is the biggest we've had in a hotel room within Europe. The bathroom floor has the option to be heated and the bathroom liquid soap and shampoo are from Azzarro (sp?). They smelled so very good!!! The hotel provides a delicious, full breakfast with two free coffee/cocoa/cappuccino makers for guests and are available 24 hours a day. The bar is open 24 hours a day but the hotel's front-desk employees will need to clear their area to tend bar. The hotel is literally across the street from the Krakow Glowny (main train station). The wifi signal was good/strong as the signal never went away. All-in-all a great place to stay and I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Krakow. I'll stay at other Puro hotels in Poland, given the opportunity.

The breakfast was really expensive, it cost $43 AUD for 2 people to attend breakfast each day. I would stay there again due to the convenience of being near the main station. Cons: Only issue is with the lack of early check-in. It was bad timing that they had been sold out the day before our scheduled check-in date. We caught an early train and arrived at the hotel at 7am on our check-in date. Unfortunately, because check-in time is 3pm and the hotel had been fully booked the night before, there weren't any available rooms as check-out time is noon. We needed to shower before our 11:30am tour pick-up but our room wasn't ready until 12:45pm and we were already in our tour. The front desk lady tried to help but it was out of her control.

Cons: Room was much to small. Bathroom and toilet were in a glass box. Resulting in very limitted privacy when sitting on the toilet or taking a shower. Airco system with tablet might be very futures but airco could only be turned off when opening the window. Wind from airco blows above your head when you try to rest in bed. Staff at reception was doing it's job, but nothing more. Saying "goodmorning" or "good bye" could be the minimal thing they could say to make customers feel relax and welcome.

The bathroom was bright and the shower was very good. The gym was well equiped and bright and clean. The rooms were quiet and dark wirh air con and large tv's. The hotel has a freat bar and resturant and is situated just across from the beautiful shopping centre.

Pros: This hotel was absolutely perfect. Right next to market Square, plenty restaurants and pubs. We will be back next year to the same hotel as everything about it was 100% from we walked in the door until we left. The staff were excellent!!! They were very pleasant and helped us arrange our trips and airport transfers.

Pros: breakfast was nice selection and staff at breakfast was very friendly whole stay was amazing, location of this hotel is one of the best, rooms were clean and cosy, beds were very comfy too, little bit awkward way of accessing the wardrobe as doors were sliding and to open the fridge you had to make sure the both sides doors are fully closed, this was one very annoying thing which I have never seen in 5 star hotels.

Cons: No one picked up the phone when we called the front desk. Not sure if the number setting was correct. The toilet paper holder doesn't havea hook at the end. The roll of toilet paper falls out easily. This was inconvenient. The bedside lamps could not be switched off except by unplugging power (or the switch was not obvious).

Cons: Asked for a front facing room overlooking the river during booking via a special request email to the hotel. On arrival was told that this was not possible as we had booked a standard room but the booking was not clear that front rooms were superior grade. As it was we were given a side view room overlooking s building site and a transfer was not possible. This was disappointing as this was a suprise treat for my wife's birthday.

Pros: breakfast was nice selection and staff at breakfast was very friendly whole stay was amazing, location of this hotel is one of the best, rooms were clean and cosy, beds were very comfy too, little bit awkward way of accessing the wardrobe as doors were sliding and to open the fridge you had to make sure the both sides doors are fully closed, this was one very annoying thing which I have never seen in 5 star hotels.
Cons: I have paid for the Vistula View room which was much more expensive than standard room and we got room that was on the first floor overlooking the front of the hotel, however we kindly asked for the higher floors, I hoped that hotel staff would be more responsive to our query,

Cons: Stayed on the 1st floor and for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend, which also happened to be the same weekend as Advent (Catholic start of Christmas season). The halls were a bit loud, but mainly from the noise of people walking up and down. There were a couple of parties at the hotel but they all finished at a reasonable time.

Hotel did provide a fan, which was semi adequate. Cons: The hotel is situated a bit far from the main square. We had to take a lot of taxis. Next time I would stay closer to the centre as Kazimierz is a bit shabby as a neighbourhood. The king size bed was on the bouncy side, which makes it impossible to sleep if one of you sleeps restlessly.

Cons: - No ac, our room ac broke and when the technician checked he told us that it’s better to change room when we asked the receptionist she told us that the hotel is fully booked and I do understand they brought us a small fan the next day we wanted to check out as we have booked another hotel as we couldn’t bare the heat plus my baby have eczema so he turned red when I asked for at least the other night to be refunded they told us since we have done it through booking we cannot refund it although I have paid extra to be refundable plus this was not our fault when the room was like a heater the only thing they offered is free breakfast which was stupid I didn’t want to argue a lot as my baby health means everything to me. - Baby Crib doesn’t come with bedding for the baby - Location is a bit far - Staff not helpful - if you booked through booking you don’t have the right of refund even if u payed for refundable rate and the AC was broken they won’t refund you the money because it’s from booking

Pros: The property was much bigger and offered much more than expected. They even have a sightseeing tour bus of Kraków, a spa, a salon, and 2 restaurants. The decor is to a high standard and the lobby presents like a pricier boutique hotel.
This hotel is CLEAN! Not only was the room spotless, but every public area was totally clean and neat too. Even the children's play area!
The pool was clean and the water was heated to the perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was awesome! Changing rooms, showers and lockers were also available. A receptionist was on hand to provide towels too.
The included breakfast was served in a HUGE, beautifully decorated dining hall complete with tablecloths and place settings. The breakfast options were what you'd expect of a restaurant with many options. Fresh juicy fruits, eggs, bacon, pancakes, several different meats, lots of different salads and breads. This was far more and far better than a basic continental breakfast. And it was all delicious!
We had an issue with our room lights and someone came within 5 minutes and fixed it. The staff was friendly and polite, as could be expected at a 5-star property in New York or London. The room was comfortable and well decorated with a great view of the river.

Cons: Booked & prepaid for airport transfers. Arrival was fine. Departure not so. No transfer booking was made. I double checked the night before departure. Waited 45 minutes and in that time 3 taxis arrived none of which could fit my party in!! Here’s hoping I do not miss my flight. Very poor considering it was pre paid. It is also very poor customer service from reception staff. When dealing with my issue, they engage with another guest! They also denied I paid until I produced a receipt. Had I not paid why did the arrival transfer arrive? Due to the stressful departure & 45 minute delay I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons: Major negative - no iron in the room! Guests are required to give the clothes to the staff for ironing service, and the up charge is steep. It cost around €20 for a business suit. I really did not like that and it was the very first time I have ever seen a hotel not provide the option to just get an iron and press your own clothes. It takes a few hours so I was lucky to call early.
It was rather easy to hear people in rooms next door, especially when they spoke loud. Also, there were travelers with kids and those jerks had the kids running around and jumping up and down until maybe midnight, which could also be heard in the room. The sound proofing could be better.
However, I would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family! They seem to have brisk business especially with international tourists and they deserve it!!

I suggest if you are a light sleeper, carry a set of ear plugs..
I sleep deeply so didn't bother me that much but you will hear people entering the rooms either side of you and toilets flushing.

Cons: Found the staff to be pretty rude, and unhelpful. There were 3 staff members in total that offered service with a smile and even then I felt like it was painful for them. It really did not set us up well for the day, and we felt like we left the hotel reflecting the staff’s foul moods every day. Didn’t like the paper coffee cups in the bedroom, they’re pretty much single use which is wasteful to the environment. There was only enough coffee in the rooms for one per day, which encouraged us to spend our money buying coffee at the bar (eye roll emoji).

Cons: Not that we didn't like this, but would just comment that the hotel itself presents as a bit "sterile". Not much character of its own. But it is a business hotel afterall. And that didn't put us off in any way. Especially as we got a river view room. The room was also a little smaller than I expected but was absolutely clean and well presented. Cleaning staff were also very polite. The complimentary river boat to the castle is a big plus too.

Cons: Housekeeping should think about giving some more effort in cleaning the bathrooms. Ours wasn't too clean. I'm sorry I have to say that. The floor of our bathroom hadn't had a proper wash (not just a sweep) for quite a while.

Cons: Only one towel supplied even though two people booked. Not even a hand towel. Charged more for the room than quoted on my reservation confirmation. Even though I showed a copy of my reservation. No transfer to the hotel as stated even though I received a reminder email to book my transfer! For the extra price I paid I would not recommend this hotel. Better choices for that price.

Cons: I was over charged for my room. I paid £226 to sleep for 3 nights, in a standard double room, in comparison with other hotels around that area and closer to facilities this was over priced. I attempted to discuss this twice but both times the lobby was full of guests checking in and out and I did not want to waste my time waiting.

Pros: Loved the staff and convenience of the location.
Cons: The first room we had was noisy but the hotel staff found us another which was perfect and I thank them for that. The hotel is set back from a main road, it is very near to all the main attractions but it can be a litttle noisy at times. I also didn't like the breakfast, although eat as much as you like it could have been more varied and the eggs didn't taste of proper eggs. Breakfast, however was not an essential part of this trip. its adequate if you just need something in you to travel on.
