Had to wait an hour to get the rental car . The guy pushed hard to sell us things we didnt need. He actually said that I should get the roadside assistance because he saw too many times people getting stuck on the side of the road.Reviewed 30 Sept 2026

Price was way higher then it was promised. They were forcing me to buy their insurance which increased the price by more than the actual car rental i was promised. So I rejected and did not rent. Ended up taking the bus.Reviewed 26 Sept 2026

It was unclear that the pick up was not at the airport. I had to Uber downtown to pick it up after waiting in line at the Airport.Reviewed 3 Sept 2026

There was nothing positive about this experience. They couldn’t be bothered to pretend to have customer service. The worst car rental experience. We waited for an hour at the airport trying to pick up our previously booked car. The car was dirty. The people at the counter were rude and not pleasant. Everything was completely unprofessional.Reviewed 3 Sept 2026

Cheap rental and expectations should be adjusted accordingly. $12/day insurance is mandatory but still makes it the cheapest rental available.Reviewed 26 Aug 2026

The clerk at the counter lied to Me saying there were no cars available when the lot was full. Then she rented me a car with an upgrade charge for the same size vehicle that I had already reserved and pre-paid for. She charge me an extra $47, there are no cars available unless I I get up charged for the same size vehicle!!! This employee took advantage of me because it was late night travel and no other rental choices.Reviewed 11 Aug 2026
