The customer service was horrible they called me to confirm I showed up to pick up the rental they didn’t have it then they said they were going to bring me a car within the hour didn’t happen. Pros:Picking up at the airport was really difficult of you are not familiar with the process. I called for instructions on where to go and got nowhere with the call center. The call was then dropped. Pros:Nothing- enterprise was a nightmare. I had to end up canceling and going to Hertz next day and they were amazingCons:They did not have the car in stock that I reserved so they sent me to another location the second location also did not have the car in stock but the person offered to give me a pick up truck for an additional 150 more.
