Pros: I am a regular guest at the hotel, largely because the personal service and attention are so good. I also appreciate the lovely suite and the club floor lounge.

Cons: Restaurant service is both restaurants is mediocre at best, and the bar is not very well stocked. The health club is showing its age.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at the Tequendama Hotel. The staffs were very friendly they guardian makes you feel safe at Tequendama. There is also allot of shopping malls and nice places to visit in the area of Tequendama.

Cons: The bathroom was not so clean.

Pros: the location of the hotel is quite fantastic with beautiful views of the central Bogota area and very close walking distance to the national museum. the breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of choices which I am fairly certain I tried them all!

Cons: The location is currently undergoing renovations so in a couple of areas it looks a little messy.

Pros: The location was awesome, near to the museums and the international bussiness center. The staff was very kindly and help me with my transports in the city.

Cons: The hotel is really big, sometimes i got lost looking for the entrance.

Pros: Love the friendliness of the staff and the hotel is very inviting to visit. location is perfect, has a beautiful view of the city from where we stayed. the rooms were clean and neat. Security made our trip relaxing and comfortable.

Cons: The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the sofa/bed in the living room. It was very uncomfortable to seat on it, It looked like it was broken since Its parts were sticking out.

Cons: Great hotel, but not much to do in the evening...I could not stay the 4 nights...return flights cancelled due to weather...had to leave early in order to make it home...not the hotel fault doe.

Pros: The look of the property was lovely and the staff were really polite and helpful. The location is great. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food. The rooms have good amenities.

Cons: Unfortunately, not the hotel’s fault, but there was a movie premier on when we were leaving so we had to walk for a while across Bolivar square and towards gold museum before we could get a taxi. Would normally be ok but suitcase was heavy. Would be better if served drinks at pool area. Gin and tonic would be nice or creamer for coffee which is already there. Also had to keep asking for jacuzzi to be turned on. But these are just polite suggestions. Hotel was great.

Pros: The location of the hotel, rooms are big and with windows (after one month of traveling in Colombia, we saw that it is not as usual as it should be), the breakfast.

Cons: The room we got (210) was just next to the patio where there is a restaurant. Thus, we could not sleep very well, as there were people drinking till late night and it was very noisy. The staff at the hotel did nothing to calm them. At 7 am a family with very noisy kids was having breakfast and obviously woke us up. The spa zone was ok, but you need to buy a cap to be able to enter the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the team working in the spa zone do nothing to keep the calmness of the place. Again, a person was jumping in and out of the swimming pool, making everyone wet. In the end, all the guests, including us, left the zone cause it was very hard to stand. Lastly, the hotel was not able to arrange an airport transfer for us. After three emails to the hotel, we finally got a reply that a driver would be waiting for us. Upon arrival, there was literally no person. We ended up taking a public taxi, which is even a better option (the hotel charges 77.000 pesos, while the public taxi costs 35.000).

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, really good food, and great recommendations about where to eat and what to see in the neighborhood

Pros: Located 1 block from Plaza de Bolivar in Candeleria; very good breakfast, room small but great shower and comfortable bed; excellent on-site Restaurant for dinner.

Cons: Lots of stairs (1/2 flight from main floors to rooms), area is essentially dead at night - restaurants within walking distance nonexistent.

Pros: staff were very hospitable, they accommodated my needs and made adjustments to my stay based on my emerging circumstances. the service was excellent.

Cons: To increase the ambiance of the hotel, I would recommend adding some light music around the hotel. It felt very quiet and bland walking around the propert and while enjoying breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast was ordinary and when I got there the breakfast buffet table was empty and I had to encourage the staff to bring out more also there was a United Nations business meeting going on in the breakfast area and I who was on a holiday had to sit there and listen and feel like I was back at work they were very loud The place really fires up at around 3am when the kitchen staff seem to start preparing with no consideration to the noise they are making Also you can hear the activity going on in the other rooms and the water and toilets been flushed. Feels more like your staying at a hostel

Cons: Noise in the streets. We had to change the room because the noise in the streets didn't let us sleep during all night. Breakfast: Poor. It is difficult to understand why an hotel like this one don't have fresh bread.

Cons: Techno music in the lobby/foyer is a little annoying when trying to check in. Breakfast looked like it would have been good but by the time we got there (9am) there was hardly anything left. Couple pieces of melon, few bread rolls and eggs. Lots of the plates/dishes were empty and didn't get re-filled during the time we were there.

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, particularly the choice of fruit. The location was convenient and easy to find as the hotel is next to a very tall iconic skyscraper.

Pros: The interior of the building was very beautiful, and old colonial house very well renovated. It is very central, regarding the historical neighbourhood. The hotel is small and the staff friendly.

Cons: The breakfast was simple but fair. After dark the neighbourhood does not seem the most safe place in the world. The historical center, overall, is not renovated, giving the neighbourhood a decrepit and dark look, therefore not the most nice to look around.

Pros: I read many reviews, and despite some negative reviews made my reservation. The hot water was very hot and in the morning turning on the tap responded with hot water immediately.

Cons: The room and the whole building itself were really cold. Also our window didn't close properly so it was even colder. The room wasn't sound-proof at all, so we could hear neighbors throwing up during the night.

Cons: Rooms were very cold. Bed lights didn't work. Spa is not included. No fruit included although announced. Neighbourhood quite dodgy, got my wallet stolen just down the street. When you ask the receptionist to call you a taxi they will call a company that is twice as expensive as the normal yellow taxis. Breakfast is very simple (5 slices of fruit, chocolate drink, eggs and two pieces of toast and a juice). If friends want to visit they have to pay if they want to stay longer than 20 minutes. Staff doesn't speak any English.
