Cons: The location is really really bad in the middle of nowhere overlooking busy high way! If you foreigner you totally lost! The staf is rather ignorant not trained to be of assistance they are not able to suggest you anything. Not only they speak NO English or very poor one but they are also not knowledgable about the city, Sights or restaurants and can not recommend what to do or see. Was shocked at theyr lack of professionalism. They have 3 bars including very nice roof top one but all were closed with no explanation or satisfaction. Also very confused by the name, thought they are part of the Carlton Group but its very local attitude organisation. So dont expect anything!! For proclaiming being 5* think really twice to stay elsewhere! They made my stay in Bogota pure night mare!

Cons: The bedroom hadn't good ventilation and the air conditioner made a buzzing sound. We could also hear noise from the hall. No variety of fruits in the breakfast nor Colombian food options. The TV in the bedroom was very small.

Pros: The neighborhood is one of the safest in Bogota that is very important. Plenty of good restaurants and bars on walking distance. Clean hotel, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast (one of the best we ever had).

Pros: This is a brand new hotel in the Parque 93 neighborhood. The rooms are nicer and service better than 5 star hotels I've stayed in. You can't beat the location. Uber rides are around $5 to all the areas you will want to go to. I paid a hotel driver to take me to Andres Carne Des Res in Chia and to the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquira for around $80 (the entire day trip was around 7 hours and he waited!). Uber doesn't go out to those places or at least I didn't even attempt to try.

Pros: I loved staying here. It’s a spotless, modern hotel with every facility you could need. The staff are delightful and the beds are so comfortable I could hardly get up! Breakfast is plentiful and excellent. In terms of location, it’s slightly north of the main tourist area but Bogota has Uber and cheap taxis. The ride downtown takes you through the hills so it’s a beautiful trip. Also, El Chico is a really nice residential area which is totally safe to walk around and with many decent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is safe and this hotel lives up to the Four Seasons level of service and attention to customer care. We traveled to Bogota to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel was kind enough to send us a complimentary bottle of Cava and chocolate dipped strawberries which my wife loved. We had an earlier flight into Bogota which arrived hours before the usual check-in time. The hotel gave us an upgrade to the executive suite for a very reasonable fee, which we appreciated since we were fatigued from the long flight from Los Angeles.

Cons: It wasn't the fault of the staff, but there was a marathon on the Sunday that we had to travel to the airport to catch our flight to Salento. When asked about the usual time to the airport from the hotel, the front desk told us it would take an hour to reach the Bogota airport that morning, but were not aware of the marathon that was taking place on that Sunday. It took the Uber driver closer to 2 hours to reach the airport with the greater than usual road closures for the marathon, and we missed our flight but Avianca were able to reschedule us to a later flight.

Cons: Looking forward for a tasty breakfast buffet, I was surprised that the hotel only offers breakfast a la carte, with essentially warm dishes (e.g., granola is not on the menu). This is absolutely below the standards of a four-star hotel. Located in the far North of Bogotá, far off Transmilenio bus routes, access by public transport is not easy.

The room is well appointed , it has everything one can possibly need , the amenities were also great and they even provide ear plugs to avoid the noise of the construction work that happens for the property upgrade . Very clean and very hospitable . They also arranged a tour guide and transportation to the airport . I highly recommend it .

Pros: I chose this hotel for the location - close to Parque 93 without a huge price tag was driving my decision. I'm not a fan of chain hotels in general but this ticked all the boxes otherwise and was pleasantly surprised. Good size room and bathroom, modern and clean, very friendly staff, wifi and of course the location. Given the many options in the neighbourhood, we did not try the breakfast or any other meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Fire alarm went off one night (around 2 am) without no apparent reason and it took at least 30 minutes for the hotel staff to be able to disable it. The room could have a wider window or at least a fan - I know Bogotá is not a very warm city, but we missed some fresh air. Opening such a small window to refresh the whole room was useless.

Cons: Very disorganized, we had to come down to the front desk every day to get basic amenities like towels, soap, etc. The bathroom lights were broken, the room was next to the cleaning ladies closet and they woke us up every morning. They messed up the check in process in multiple ways, they gave us the wrong wrong and the new one was loud on a busy street corner. One small window and always very hot without even a fan.

Cons: Centro Chapinero is a very bland location, no reason at all to be here. Its not dangerous but also its not safe. The room felt small and cramped for what I paid, especially the bathroom. WiFi does not work AT ALL. Zero, zilch, forget it. Elevator is useless, opens and closes 3 times before moving. Fith floor vibrates constantly for some weird reason.

I loved the patio on my "M" room, and wish I could have spent more time there. Mi novia and I really enjoyed hamburger bar on the roof level. I had heard some locals describe the hotel as a "gay" hotel, and while I think it definitely would have special appeal to a gay couple, the crowd was mixed, weighted toward young adult, with the odd toddler or two thrown in. It's within walking distance to lots of great cafes, parks and bars, and the area is very safe at all hours of the day/night.

The breakfast is absolutely great including fruits with an amazing taste, the standard hotel charcuterie, oatmeal, omelettes and more. The location is great, in a premium area in Bogota, very close to Parque de la 93 with restaurants. The staff is always nice when approached and they do their job with a smile, but they won't deliver anything additional to what you asked. The mini bar content is included in the rate and I think it's a nice touch. They include a phone with 4G for your use and you can also order services from it; I only used it to order room service once, but it is nice that they include it. The value/price balance is excellent; however I wouldn't particularly consider this hotel good for business travelers. The bed is spectacular; very, very comfy. I would consider returning to the hotel if traveling for leisure.

Cons: Some of the basic things were a bit lacking: For example, there was only one normal outlet in the room, which is kind of odd given the high-tech nature of the Hotel. There were also USB-A outlets, but only one worked. The iPad in the room wouldn't charge or would restart frequently (and seemed gimmicky/unnecessary). The odd layout of the rooms might throw some people, and I found myself bumping into things more than usual. Staff was a little unresponsive at times, I tried to get a cable to my room and had to ask 5 times before being told they didn't have any. Breakfast was so-so. Overall though, a very nice experience.

Cons: This was my second stay here since the first one left a great impression on me; however, the story was different this time. The rooms have a nice design and overall the hotel is very design oriented, however, it is not very functional and thought through. There's no mirror in front of the sink and as such I had to take a very awkward sideways position to shave. The shower door opens inwards and you get wet when turning the shower on. The A/C controls were not working properly either, making it difficult to set the A/C temp and turning it on. There is one particular annoying thing that I strongly suggest the hotel management to get rid of; whenever you go into the room, the TV turns on automatically with a kind of promotional video with sound that features the available services. It's catchy the first time, it gets annoying after the second time and unbearable after the third. Additional to this, I got a sick stomach when ordering room service (hadn't eaten anything that day, so pretty sure it was that), which made me doubt of their food quality control. Additional to this, the cleaning lady just did some very superficial cleaning most of the times (6 nights).

Cons: I stay here often and the room service choices here are awful. They have a full service restaurant downstairs and yet I can only order the same mini hamburger or sandwiches. I want coffee in the morning but there is no in room coffee maker. Sometimes I work from my room at lunch and it's the same bad options. Also Sometimes customers want breakfast in bed or to stay in a night and eat in their room. There are many restaurants nearby but it is a hassle. Also the concept of a do not disturb sign is foreign to this country. With my sign up I receive constant disruption. My room phone would ring 3x a day (at least) starting early asking about laundry or if I wanted my room cleaned. I have learned to unplug my phone here. I love the hotel but I really wish they would improve the room service menu. It would actually help the hotel make more money!

He says no one has complained so what is he problem. I said come up and see for yourself. Very dangerous situation. After a heated exchange of words, he came to my floor apologized and solved problem after 20 min. Scary. There could have been an fire or a chemical leak.

Cons: It’s too close to Andres DC and the noise doesn’t let you sleep. They should improve the windows to be anti noise.

Cons: My favorite hotel in bogota, every time that I will be back To this hotel but the room was in bad shape, the bedroom very dark need put more lights. In the saloon also. The equips is old. I remember my first time in this hotel before 10 year I think there is same things never changed. I will be back but hope this hotel will improved cuz really charge a lot but get nothing. Even promised to have a bath but get only a shower “cuz all the rooms was occupied” that what was told to me even when I book a room with a bath. Thanks anyway

Pros: Good location in the more expensive area . Couldn’t do enough to help . Unfortunately road was closed outside so could be dropped off outside but they were looking for guest and would come and help with suitcases from the drop offs which were 3 mins away

Pros: Concierge was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but housekeeping could have done a better job. The shower cap box was empty (lol) and the floor didn't look like it had been cleaned very thoroughly. But, the sheets were clean and the room was overall clean and very nice. Love the location!!
Cons: Housekeeping prior to my arrival didn't do the best of jobs. I could tell that they didn't refresh the toiletries (shower cap box was empty, for example), and I arrived at 11:30pm, so there was plenty of time. There was construction going on while I stayed there, which I wasn't aware of beforehand, so a lot of banging. I would have negotiated the rate down had I known beforehand, as it was very disruptive. The window blinds didn't work well - I couldn't raise the 1st set to get a clear view of the outside.

Cons: I didn't like that when I got to the hotel they didn't know that i had paid anything. I spent the last bit of my vacation on the phone with Kayak trying to clarify the issue. I think I was charged US taxes and then also Colombian taxes because I have dual citizenship. It was a big mess.

Cons: My room smelled like smoke the first night, there was only 1 towel in my room, sink was clogged with some type of dirt and when I asked to get it fixed, no one came up, I ended up fixing it myself.

Pros: Two night stay. First night in room at 10pm I smell a strong odor of chemicals. Go in hallway and see gas all around. Hurry to lobby to tell receptionist. He says no one has complained so what is he problem. I said come up and see for yourself. Very dangerous situation. After a heated exchange of words, he came to my floor apologized and solved problem after 20 min. Scary. There could have been an fire or a chemical leak.

Pros: The Front Desk staff was exceptional. Very helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests. No questions or complaints at all there. Kudos to them and our appreciation!
Cons: The hotel is run down. The age is very evident. The room reservation said city view, and what I could see from the window was the ugliest possible view of the back side of multiple buildings.

Cons: Check-in took forever, they didn't have my reservation on their system. They still use paper credit card machines. The shower was broken, the top part fell apart... The wifi was poor, and gave me a double twin bed even though the reservation was a Queen bed

Cons: Minor knock, property is across the street from a night club that was bumping tunes until midnight-ish on a Saturday. Not unreasonable as if we wasnt up for two days prior I’d likely be across the street for last call.

Cons: Despite the generally good service, the staff never managed to repair ventilation in our bathroom. In addition, we were separated from a neighbouring room only by a locked door (clearly these rooms can be joined if booked together), which led to mutual noise complaints.

Pros: Their staff, facilities and food. Their staff honestly made me feel as if i were a vip guest regardless of my room. Thanks to Sara frok the front desk, my stay got a cultural approach. She gave me tips, highlighted routes in maps and schedules to museums, and gave her honest opinion when i asked about some day tours. She could easily work in a major tourism company. Had a great time being pampered by the chef and his creations and by the friendly staff i saw and talked to everyday. Made my stay even better. I would stay there without a doubt again.

Cons: Location got a bit crowded during morning time, but then again is prime location and extremely centric to get to and from just about anywhere.

Cons: The room itself had some broken stuff. The lock on the restroom was damaged, which might be an inconvenience depending on the people staying. The omelette in the breakfast was a bit too salty, but overall i consider these minor issues.
