Pros: Excellent hotel with great frontline teams and management. This is a grand scale hotel and have been around for longtime so they know exactly what to do with customer satisfaction and have genuine interest in guests to make comfortable during their stay. Big hotel with all facilities, clean room (we were upgraded with a suit like one bedroom flat), excellent breakfast, strong WiFi, very attentive staff in all areas. This was our last hotel stay during over five months round the world trip before going back home because of Covid 19 pandemic, but this is one of the hotels we will remember for a long time and come back again when the world gets back to normal. Just upgrade us again with the same suit! All the best with the business at this difficult time.

Cons: No english speaking people. We sent an email that we were arriving at 7 in the morning. After only 3hrs of sleep after coming from Europe to Bogota, they made us wait 8 hours. After 4hours we complained and got really mad that they were gonna really make us wait 8full hours. By then the receptionist said «okay, we will have you set in 1hr». Not good service and no information about the hotel or the facilities. It says that is a spa in 6th floor, which noone had acess to. No facilities it means. At the resturaunt, it took 1hour to get the bill after asking several times. Would never come back here. Beds are very stiff hard. No AC. Very noisy room, you could hear everything on the street.

Cons: the only thing I would improve is the bar which it’s not nice at all and feel weird to be there for a drink. Furthermore please put more towels, we were two persons with only one towel on the bath.

Cons: I picked this hotel and even upgraded my room because I wanted to relax with my wife. Sadly, though the pictures show a nice room and facilities, this is not the case. I feel the hotel was full of caveats, and this specially applies to the room. Things like not having enough soap or cups for a couple were a nuisance, but not being able to start or drain a jacuzzi without reaching out to someone from the staff were a big problem if what you want is to relax. Additionally, the staff that was cleaning the room next to ours, was extremely loud both days so we kept being woke up by loud noises.

Cons: Having my flight arrive at 1am, there were no hotel shuttles provided, even though it shows the hotel does provide an airport shuttle. We ended up having to pay extra for a private shuttle and paying for an extra night because of our arrival.

Pros: The hotel itself is very nice, but what I loved the most was the staff - you rarely see places where all of the staff is so friendly and nice. Special thanks goes to the venezuelan man who worked there (forgot the name), but just incredible person. His presence made the stay even more delightful. Also, loved the big bed, the wifi was good. The pool was also nice, but we couldn't use it because of the Corona situation

Cons: Pool spa gym was closed. I wasn't specified on booking. We asked the hotel if they could do a discount or offer breakfast. They refused. Breakfast is 24,500COP for an egg and two slices of watermelon and bread. Food is shocking considering the standing of the hotel and for the price they charge. Asking booking for a partial refund.

Pros: The location of the property was very good; it was about a 12 minute walk from the Botero, and about the same to the Gold Museum. It is in the university area so there is a lot going on, and lots of young people around busy all the time with lots of places to eat and lots of bars. It was also in a good location to walk to the funicular to go up to Monsarrate, again about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The breakfast that was included was very good with fresh fruit bread, pastries, some eggs And also some local items. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom is very clean. Although the area outside was pretty noisy, the room itself was soundproofed and noise was not an issue.

Cons: The lift should be replaced, it was old and frequently not working (we were in the fifth floor). The main entrance of the hotel is not giving the same idea of the photos. I guess they need some more maintenance work to equal the bedrooms that have been refurbished. The hallways to the bedrooms were a bit dark. The staff from the hotel was standing next to the breakfast table and eating (nothing against but it doesn´t give a good impression).

Pros: Hotel is tastefully decorated - rooms are very spacious and comfy beds. Staff is friendly.
Cons: Please be careful while walking around the surrounding area. The hotel itself is very nice, but I was walking on a very crowded street a block away from the hotel, and was robbed at knife point at 6pm. While this isn't the hotel's fault, I did not feel comfortable walking around alone near the hotel. Several other locals told me there are much safer locations to stay in Bogota. Overall, I would not return to Bogota. Medellin is much nicer and safer as a solo traveler.

Pros: The hotel was fine for a short stay - once inside. Pleasant room central courtyard. Basic but OK breakfast. PC for guest use in foyer which was a bonue
Cons: The area was dodgy. At night there were drug users and homeless people immediately outside. The street was litter strewn. It was central and the main street during the day was fine. At night it was not pleasant and borderline dangerous.

Pros: Really good location, easy check-in, pretty good sizes room (junior suite).
Cons: This is not a 5-star hotel (European standards, at least). I was very disappointed about their fitness options, its too small to do situps for example. Breakfast was very average (Fruit and eggs), but definitely not 5-star.

Cons: Worst area to stay in center, the streets around are not lit at night and full of hobos, very dangerous after nightfall. Sheets and towels not changed, we asked them to change it and they did. The new ones were stained. Lights in room not working, no hair dryer, untasty breakfast. The safebox not working, they gave us the key. Very bad management, it could be a great hotel, but it feels like a 1 star hotel. Evan if the building was very nice restored, it started already to decay. No remote control for tv, only for the receiver.

Pros: What I liked the most was the Mountain View from my room, the big windows allowed me to look out onto monserrate, it was very calming. The rate included breakfast and there’s a big tv in the room. The water heats up quick and the bathroom is spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable for myself. The staff is very friendly and caring.

Pros: The hotel is the city centre you can go everywhere just by walking. The hotel is very clean.
Cons: The staff could not speak English very well but the man at the reception has done his best to help us with google translate. We could not close the windows so it was loud even tough we were on the 9 floor. We did not like the Breakfast.

Cons: Wish they had room service 24 hours. They do have menus for restaurants that deliver food to the hotel but I would much prefer room service from the hotel, that way you can charge it to the room because some times these restaurants don’t accept card payments.

Cons: 2 Beds are uncomfortable. Reception, difficulty of communication in english. Shower broken. The lady at the breakfast was exceptionally a nice person. Breakfast very good.
