Cons: It’s in a seedy neighborhood. Lights on the floors do not come on unless someone is on the floor. I was scared staying there. The lobby is dark and scary looking. I picked this hotel bc of the gym and it closed at 9pm and I got there at 9p bc of a flight delay. I was scared to stay here, NEVER AGAIN!

Cons: I had a really bad experience with the neighbors, the hotel facilities are really good but do not expect people inside will be quiet, I wanted to take a good rest from a 10-hour trip but the neighbor leave the TV on with full volume, administration took one hour to get the TV turned off (3 - 4 am). Next day a similar situation. Small parking.

Good facilities, nice breakfast, Í arrived a couple of hours before the check-in time and could use the room immediately. Good offer of TV channels, also in English such as BBC news. I wanted to walk up the Monserrate; it is 15 minutes from the hotel, super easy to just walk there. This was not my first stay in this hotel, and if I go to Bogota again, likely not my last.

Cons: Reception hotel told us a higher price for the pick up service from the airport. The Hotel offer pick up/drop off service from/to the airport. However, although you can book it through reception we were advised that the price to be paid was higher that the real one. It seems that when you pay at reception, they add 15000/20000 COP to the price that the drivers would offer. In summary, you can arrange transfer with them but make sure you have cash to pay directly to the driver after your ride.

Cons: Everything. When I claimto be too far away from the city center (1hour by taxi at the other hotel) they tried to move us again to some hotel located at the city center that was priced one third of the Continental rate, and they wanted to charge us the same price. It was simply a fraud.

Cons: no air-conditioning. street noise came through windows. could not sleep thought we had booked a four star hotel. not even two stars.booked two nights, left after one sleepless night.

Cons: They don’t do maintenance before guests arrive, you need to argue to get things done, inside stinks as food all day as there is not lobby and restaurant (is the same environment) they don’t leave bath supplies every day, the view I got was houses back view where a dog cry at night, a guy was doing work on the roof and wake you in the morning and some religious group sing next house from hotel

Cons: You get a kitchenette, but nothing else to make if of any use -- no pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Totally barren! My fridge didn't work because the outlet was faulty, so only place to put it was in middle of kitchen floor. Then it froze everything put into it because settings knob didn't work. Don't get a room facing the street. Lots of noise from outside plus if conference center across street is having a conference you could get 5 days straight of loud music! And all the people from inside the hotel go stand in front of outside door to smoke, so all the smoke will come up and into your room.
