Good buffet and cooked breakfast. Location is convenient for shopping and walking around with a large pedestrian strip mall a block away. The showers are divine with great pressure and hot water. Excellent value for money.
Rooms are on the small side but adequate. A bit noisy due to the busy street below.
Free popcorn all day long ;)
Terrace closes pretty early in the evening, so you can't have a drink upstairs - but cosy lobby instead.
This is a great little hotel in the centre of Bogota. The staff were all lovely. The breakfast was great on the rooftop terrace. Wonderful coffee! Free coffee, tea and water all day - plus free candies! I really liked the hotel.
They need to pay attention to things that don't work in the room - lights were out, blinds didn't work etc. It didn't spoil our stay. I also don't like the flight of stone steps up to the lift. It is a problem if you have a heavy case. There is also a flight of stairs to the breakfast terrace. This is not a criticism, but it is not a hotel for those with a physical disability.
Excellent breakfast and location
The room and bathroom looked nice. The shower was great. Check in was smooth. Free coffee was good (except twice it was out of creamer). Good location.
It was okay. The room was warm and humid. No airconditioning or fan. A fan would be welcomed. The kitchen was underequipped. No coffee mugs. Only 1 fork and 1 knife for us to share. Only 1 sharp knife. No bowls, only 2 small plates. The stove didn't work for 15 minutes until we discovered the power cord was unplugged under the cabinets. No kettle so we had to boil water in a pot. No towel for drying up so we had to use a bathroom towel. Management, why bother with a kitchen if it is such a pain for guests.
