Pros: It is a super nice hotel, beautiful room, clean, the staff is amazing, very nice bathroom, and everything works perfectly. Great breakfast. Highly recommended

Pros: I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free

Pros: Nicely run business class value hotel. Our suite included kitchen, living room with desk and table for eating in. Makes extended stays more comfortable. Breakfast was included and had plenty of variety including eggs cooked to order. Internet was good most of the time but when groups were in the hotel for meetings, noticed a significant drop off in velocity.

Pros: Their staff, facilities and food. Their staff honestly made me feel as if i were a vip guest regardless of my room. Thanks to Sara frok the front desk, my stay got a cultural approach. She gave me tips, highlighted routes in maps and schedules to museums, and gave her honest opinion when i asked about some day tours. She could easily work in a major tourism company. Had a great time being pampered by the chef and his creations and by the friendly staff i saw and talked to everyday. Made my stay even better. I would stay there without a doubt again.
