Most travelers can enter Kosovo, but there are restrictions.
Unvaccinated visitors from New Zealand must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departing to Kosovo.
Fully vaccinated visitors with approved vaccination certificates do not need to present a negative COVID-19 test.
Foreign citizens entering Kosovo through the airport or through land border crossing points and leaving Kosovo within 3 hours through the airport or land border crossing points, provided that at the entrance they sign the declaration that they will leave Kosovo within 3 hours, Foreign citizens working as professional transporters (drivers), provided that they comply with the international transport protocol for protection against COVID-19, Foreign citizens passing through Kosovo through organized transport by bus or regular international line, transit, provided that a declaration is signed that they will leave the territory of Kosovo within 5 hours, Foreign diplomats accredited in Kosovo and their families, Persons who have a certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19, Persons with a positive serum antibody test result -IgG issued no later than 30 days prior to arrival and Children under the age of 11 years are exempted from this requirement.
Visitors from New Zealand are not required to quarantine after entering Kosovo.
Travellers returning from Kosovo must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 hours before departure to New Zealand.
Exemptions apply to the following:
1. Children who are under two years of age.
2. Individuals who can present a medical certificate verifying they have been examined no earlier than 72 hours prior to departure and have been determined to be unable to undertake a test for medical reasons but do not exhibit symptoms of COVID-19
3. Individuals with past (recovered) cases of COVID-19 who have a positive 72 hour or less test result, but have a medical certificate for showing that the individual is no longer considered by a medical practitioner to be infectious with COVID-19
Visitors returning from Kosovo will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering New Zealand.
Travelers to New Zealand from all countries, except eligible passengers from a quarantine-free travel zone (Niue and Cook Islands), must complete a 14-day stay in a managed isolation or quarantine facility.
Quarantine-free travel for Australian passengers are temporary suspended until further notice.
Fully vaccinated visitors from New Zealand can enter Kosovo without restrictions. Unvaccinated visitors from New Zealand can enter Kosovo with a negative COVID-19 test result.
Fully vaccinated visitors from New Zealand can enter Kosovo without restrictions.
Unvaccinated visitors from New Zealand can enter Kosovo with a negative COVID-19 test result.
Fully vaccinated travelers coming from New Zealand are not required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result. Unvaccinated travellers coming from New Zealand will need a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure.
Travellers from New Zealand are not required to quarantine.
