No refunds for flights that I could not take due to Covid restrictions
Pros: "Skycouch in Economy was wonderful. Although small, it was sufficient in order to get comfortable and get several hours of sleep on a long flight. Entertainment system was outstanding, with excellent selections of movies, TV, TED talks & music. Plus, ordered water, beverages and snacks at any time via the screen and it was delivered to my seat. We had a seat change request at the gate which was resolved by the gate agent who was amazing."
Cons: "Check in and bag drop area needed personnel to assist and answer questions. It was not clear what to do and we stood in along line that we could have avoided if there had been a customer service rep to guide us."
Pros: "Crew were helpful and pleasant and it was nice to get a drink of water, a cookie and the offer of a cup of tea or coffee"
Cons: "Terrible service and all around outcome. Would not fly Air New Zealand again"

Pros: "Reliable service. Flew Air NZ twice without any hiccups. Boards on time, leaves on time. Get a biscuit (cookie), drink, and sweet. Had room on both flights also. Not packed to the gills and enjoyed the aerial view of the lovely NZ countryside."

Cons: "Unlike other international flights, Air New Zealand only allows 1 check in luggage per person instead of 2. Most other international airlines allow 2 check in luggage. But otherwise it was good and the service was ok, not as much food selection as other airlines but the crew are very nice and the airline is very clean."
Pros: "Premium Economy was worth the price! The section was not as full, and the service was wonderful."
Pros: "The seats are super comfy and the staff are lovely and very attentive to ones needs. The only down fall would be that I had to pay for movies and a meal wasn’t included with my flight, but that’s minor. Also, baggage cost me 120.AUD for one bag! I thought that was pretty outrageous for one check in bag. But the pilot was very good and informative as the overall flight was smooth. Thanks again air New Zealand."

Cons: "I was shocked at the baggage charge upon checking in and was told I just purchased a seat from Virgin Australia but no baggage transport with the flight. When kayak directed me to VA, I made the purchase and certainly did not remember being offered a chance to purchase baggage fee as other airlines offer (e.g. BA). While I understand kayak refer users to search airlines baggage fees it need to make sure that airlines offer true and baggage fees at the time of purchase so the full cost of flight is clear at purchase time."
Pros: "The boarding and on-board service were excellent. Enough free-of-charge entertainment to keep me occupied during the 3-hour flight between SYD and CHC. Plenty of room for carry-on luggage."
Cons: "Felt like I was flying a US carrier - very little room between the rows. I was surprised by this, as I thought that non-US carriers generally don’t pack their planes. I was surprised, but not inconvenienced by this, since it was a morning flight and only 3 hours gate-to-gate."

Entertainment movies need newer choices specially for people like me who can't sleep on long flights and have seen all this movies. where's the classical music?."

The ground crew couldn't have been nicer in expediting my boarding and getting me on the flight. I can't thank them enough. Top service. Thank you.
