Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Cons: "No need for improvement"
Cons: "Better inflight entertainment"
Pros: "Checking-in was super simple, and speedy. All the staff I had contact with were very polite and professional"
Cons: "I had exhausted the entertainment system before I finished my first leg of the outbound journey."
Pros: "The cabin crew worked hard and were extremely professional and friendly. they are to be commended for this!"
Pros: "Food comfort"
Pros: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."
Pros: "Obviously Biz Class is a great proposition for a flight of this length and once again the experience was a good one. Staff are always friendly and very attentive."
Cons: "We are not big eaters but when you leave at 10am then a lunch and breakfast is a bit of a stretch and even with light snack options we found ourselves hungry. Breakfast was not too flash"
Pros: "The crews"
Cons: "The wifi is bad the food is bad im in business class"
Pros: "All of the above"
Cons: "Nothing that i didn't like"
Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"
Pros: "Footrest would be good for a long haul flight."
Pros: "It wasn’t a full flight."
Cons: "The crew were too busy in their own world and attention during service was poor."
Cons: "Noise of serving some people dinner in middle of night interfered with sleep. Deep dip South meant no internet for much of the flight lots of noise and inconvenience trying to fix Tvnz for (rude) lady in front"
Pros: "Travelled Business Class - a great experience."
Cons: "Slow to board."
Pros: "Really liked the long journey. Was a bit nervous given the 15 hour flight but was pleasantly surprised. Service was good as well."
Cons: "The crew were really young and not very talkative."
Pros: "The plane was spacious and we had really good seats , next to the toilet and wall in front of us. Super, as we were traveling with a toddler and he was able to sit on the floor in front of us and play with his toys. Food came out promptly and was tasty. Loved the goodies for the kids, little blanket and scotch pad."
Cons: "The delay in boarding! It’s hard work when traveling with a toddler."
Pros: "Good facilities, food and entertaniment. Seat comfort not so good."
Pros: "The service, food and boarding were all excellent. It brought back the joy of flying like what used to know in the 80s."
Pros: "The food was good and the service was great. I also had a great seat in the front row."

Pros: "I am very tall and was given the emergency row for comfort.....A+++++"
Pros: "The flight itself was fine"
Cons: "But the next morning I became violently ill and had to be hospitalized. Before we took off Emirates reported they were deciding whether to remove a sick passenger from the plane before taking off, which they ultimately did. I wonder if everyone on the flight got sick."
Pros: "Extremely quiet plane since they placed people in front of the half empty plane. Great plane food and internet access, limited to text but still incredibly useful to text people from the air."
Pros: "I travel with a lot of airlines but this time Traveling with Emirates airline is completely different such as accommodation transportation everything awesome."
Cons: "I checked in online, but when I went to drop my bags there was about a 20 min delay. the agent needed to make 2 phone calls and conference with 2 supervisors. All this without letting me know what was going on."
Cons: "Very late. Caused us to miss outlet rental car. Left us stranded at the airport."
Pros: "Great entertainment system. Lots of leg room best airline"
Cons: "Late departure but made up time in flight"
Pros: "First off my flight was cancelled due a passport issue; my passport would expire in 5.5 months and was not permitted to fly . I contacted Web jet hoping that I would be rescheduled after I renewed my passport but unfortunately they would not allow me to rebook or to be reimbursed. I was traveling with my young son so I ended up loosing over $2,000, and now I have to start looking for other tickets which are extremely expensive at this time. I have waited all year for visiting my family and now I can't anymore . It's a nightmare!!!"
Cons: "Nothing at all"
Pros: "The crew were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The most friendly crew I have flown with. Qantas could learn something from Emirates."

Pros: "The A380 is a beautiful aircraft. Smooth and quiet. Great movie choices. Crew friendly and mostly efficient. Great value for money!"
Cons: "Confusion with wrong menus being handed out - on 2 flights!"
Pros: "Crew were lovely"
Cons: "Extremely overweight passenger next to me. It was awful, her body was in contact with me the entire flight. The most uncomfortable, hot, smelly, awkward flight Ive ever experienced. Its time you charge for 2 seats for people that are the size of 2 people. Not fair to other passengers to have to be so inconvenienced and extremely uncomfortable."
Pros: "Started my Movie on the Ground before takeoff"
