Cons: "They don't come around with drinks very often on LATAM. We bought our startup supply at the airport. First drink round was two hours into the flight."
Cons: "Terrible airline and airport system... the boarding system is a disaster... after waiting in line for so long they send you to different counters to pay for bags... on top of that they didn’t check in one of the 6 in my group by the attendant’s mistake and they closed the flight in us...there is a bussing system that “takes you to the plane” and when we finally made it to our gate the bus made their last of the 2 trips to the plane. So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again."

Especially they treat every passenger equally or all the same with given out for any extra cost e.g. food, drinks, entertainement any thing we need while we are up in the air needs. Different from the first class section service in special airfare cost. Love to fly every time when I want to visit my families around the world. Keep it up the good work LATAM Fika Maiava - Sydney"

Cons: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. Cons: "There is no VIP lounge in Lima anymore. It is unbelievable that Latam, maybe the biggest operator in that hub, doesn't have a lounge. The layover stunk!"
Cons: "Had to wait more than 2 hours in the Que to get the boarding pass. Had to come in air new Zealand and same issues when went to brisbane. More than 8 hours wait before flying to brisbane. Thanks."

Cons: "I cant even fit my actual problem in his box but point it ill never travel with them ever again. Noone was able to help me when i needed to change my tickets noone knew what they were talking about and everyone you talk to gives you false/different information."

They offered my husband & I exit row seats for no additional fee after seeing how uncomfortable his 6'3" frame was in the regular seats. The snack and beverage service was above average for a 3 hour flight."

Cons: "Latam Flight was delayed for maintenance and notice was not given via email/text or call. Desk agent pointed at paper taped on desk and asked us to read about the delay vs telling us what to expect."
Pros: "While I had no problem on this flight, my dealings with Latam agents in phone and in person have been horrific. I had to purchase a new ticket and dealing with them was terrible - long hold times for simple questions, incorrect ticketing, lack of empathy or service attitude. Fly Aerolieas instead."

Cons: "I had called previously to verify that Qantas and Lan were partners and although I had purchased separate tickets (Qantas from LAX to SYD and LAN from SYD to CHC), that i would have no checked luggage and the informed to go straight to the gate. When I arrived in SYD i did and was there well in advance. They wouldn't let me on the flight and I have no idea why."
