Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications

On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.

On my flight the menus showed different food and different was available. I think that was a miscommunication maybe. Other than that flight was wonderful.

Boarding was chaotic. The agent was so rude and yelled at me for standing in the lane according to my number instead of cutting across to get to him. So rude. Also asking to gate-check luggage was lengthy and chaotic. Not a good boarding experience.

My originating flight by Turkish Airlines was late, so I missed my connecting flight to Dallas I was supposed to pick up a rental car on my arrival and because it was a no show case for this car rental company they cancelled my bookings and charged 368 USD. So because of Turkish Airlines I lost 368 US dollars. Will never fly again with this company.

Horrible customer service , employees are rude , angry and can’t speak any language other than Turkish well,

The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..

Although we had booked seats months in advance, we arrived at the airport with only three seat assignments for our group of eleven because we had not checked in online and the airline had overbooked the flight. The rest of us had to fly standby, which was a pretty tense situation for a while. Ultimately, we were all very grateful to be on the same flight from Istanbul to Izmir.

The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

Lufthansa was a great airline. Good communication on what to do at 3:00 am in the morning. I had a 6:00 am flight and when I arrived at the airport there were no attendants. But I remember reading info that told where I was supposed to go. My flight from Munich to Chicago was delayed by 30 minutes. I was very happy with that. Would definitely fly with Lufthansa again!

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly

The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.

It departed late from Frankfurt. It was diverted to Toronto because of the storm. Stayed in the plane for 4 hours hoping to make it back to Newark on the same aircraft. After finally getting off the plane, it took another six hours at the airport to get the luggage and get a hotel room nearby. Still don’t know when I am flying back to my destination.

After a bad experience of traveling with United airlines long time ago I decided to give them a second chance. And again it was bad. The flight from Jacksonville to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed. Due to that my flights to Munich and Warsaw had to be rescheduled. As a result I had to travel through Frankfurt. And my checked in luggage did not arrive from Frankfurt to Warsaw with me. Warsaw was not my final destination and I had to figure out a way to deliver my luggage to my destination. On top of everything my Delsey luggage got 2 cracks. Is anybody going to be responsible for that???

No complimentary beverage or snack service except water which was awful.

Handling of baggage. We had a two hour delay and they still did not get baggage on flight

In general the flight was good, for me the only issue was I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi
