For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.

Okay not so good or great. The flight operated by Indigo is worst from boarding to luggage handling and food. Damaged one luggage and delayed another luggage. Still did not get it, since 2 days.

Boarding process was terrible. Will not travel Qatar Airways if I had an alternative. The food was one of the worst, even for airline food.

Vistara i bought a biz class fare but a few days before vistara always changes my biz class flight to economy .. happened to me 4 times .. seated could be wider .. boarding could be more organized .. crew did their best but not enough resources all in all very poor experience Qatar Delhi .. only complain .. no clear signage to lounge for transferring pax .. its a Delhi shot coming.. no feeling of exclusivity for biz/ 1st class pax.. but everything else was much better .. once i boarded Qatar .. i loved it

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.

Lufthansa fails at mentioning no luggage when booking through points. We had to pay added fees to take checked bags to Europe for 2 weeks. The staff at check in were not helpful at all. told us "if we don't like it, then book another flight". Food was bad, they ran out of half the options. Vegetarian was terrible. The flight crew was nice, and tried to make it work ok.

All flights cancelled with no way to reach the airline

The flight was very good , on time without delays, specially the staff was great!

The passenger next to me Goran Goranov (elderly man in his 70s on his way to visit his children and grandchildren in Washington, DC) dropped his neck support pillow while boarding - none of the ground crew helped him. He subsequently lost his green card somewhere on the plane or on his way to the other airplane. I hope he found it. I am worried about him. His son had requested an agent to wait for him at the gate - nobody was there when Mr. Goranov came out of the plane Sofia- Frankfurt. Other passengers had to help him get to the next gate for Washington, DC. I hope Mr. Goranov found his Green card and got safely to Washington, DC to spend time with his family during the holiday season.

J ai resté plus 5heures dans l attente du vol et je n'ai pas pu être à l'aise et le retards d'avion ça me dérange et c'était très dur journée pour moi malheureusement

It seems that legroom has improved in the last few years on these shorter flights. Thanks for that.

Poor signage, hard to find boarding gate, food was disgusting, very short connection and long transit times going from plane to connecting flight, both ways , will try to avoid flying Lufthansa trough Frankfurt.

Treating basic economy customers like untouchable and giving worst services just because we bought that ticket is ridiculous! We were not given option to choose the seat even at the time of checkin, we had to request the boarding staff at the gate as me and my wife were given different seats. She gave us the seats together but after letting us know rudely that they are not supposed to give any services to basic economy customers. Even bag purchase charges were extremely high!!
