Pros: "There entire experience was 1st rate. I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. A special thanks goes to Sebastian. Thank you Brother."

Cons: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. Cons: "The people making announcements need to slow down. I understand some Spanish but hey were talking so fast it was difficult, then when they repeated in English, their pronunciation wasn't the best but again because they were speaking so fast it was difficult to understand."

Cons: "Food was average. I got a chicken sandwich. It was cold (meant to be a cold sandwich) and not particularly tasty. Also, there was limited range of drinks. I asked for tomato juice and this was not available."
