The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this."

The staff in LAX were not as friendly but then I am just glad that everything was handled for her at such a young age being taken through such a big place. My daughter said she slept very little overnight due to a rude passenger who was talking very loudly and using a phone. But over all she was happy with the in-flight entertainment and I was pleased with the amount of baggage allowed at no extra fee."

This resulted in me having to go through a long line of passengers to do all of the security checks again to enter the international airport gates. This almost resulted in me missing my connecting flight to Vancouver. The only saving grace was that the flight was delayed by another hour. 3. Changes made on my connecting flights were only given to me during my check in at Auckland. My previous booking was Auckland -San Francisco - Portland - Vancouver. The boarding pass I was given in Auckland omitted Portland and was changed to Seattle. I was never informed about this by United Airlines. 4. United Airlines website NOT allowing me to log in using my e-mail."

Pros: "Pretty much nothing"
Cons: "Tray tables the size of my cell phone. Had to pay $50 a piece for each item checked or carried on. Seats don't recline. You have to pay for any snack or refreshments while on the plane. No entertainment options, not even a magazine. Armrests didn't fold all the way up. Flight attendant wouldn't allow any switching of seats even though an entire row of seats was empty. Flight crew all looked and acted worn out and cranky. I recieved no forward notice of the cost of luggage and carry on items until I reached the ticket counter, and then would've had to pay a fee in order to cancel my trip with them. This is classic bait and switch with predatory tactics. The woman at the ticket counter tried to tell me that they were still the cheapest airline available to which I replied. "You are a complete liar. It would have cost us 8 more dollars to go with a United flight instead, but overall would have saved me. 92$ in the long run with a much more comfortable flight and complimentary refreshments. Not only will I never fly frontier again, I will tell anyone willing to listen to not fly frontier as well."

Cons: "Cheap uncomfortable seats make the lack of legroom even more noticeable. Forget about the headrest or even the ability to recline what little but most airlines offer. And to top off having to pay for my bag, the crew apparently just "forgot" to unload my bag and I had to wait for them to deliver it to me later."

San Francisco to Chicago, they offer one flight every two days, anything goes wrong you are stuck without a flight"

Cons: "Experience started with sitting on plane for 2 hours or more while maintenance was fixing thermostat, then plane was shut down for 10 mins., then had to wait another 10 for plane to reboot. All this didn't work, so we were told get all your stuff, get off plane then go wait at another gate to reboard another plane...so family plans were ruined since we all arrived 3 hrs later starving, thirsty & tired.. . No compensation was offered for all the inconvenience and we paid a high price for this flight that you had to pay a lot for a carry on. Flight home was at least 2 hr delay. Also not sure why entertainment is on survey since there wasn't any, or food since not even peanuts were offered and comfort??? Noticed less space pet person since my last flight and even the tray was tiny. None of our group of 7 will fly Frontier again, and will make sure everyone who asks about our trip will hear about our awful experience w/Frontier."

Pros: "Flight time changed to 20 mins earlier with plenty of notice. Checked in 24 hours in advance and got exit row seats with lots of leg room. Seats in new plane are comfortable an don't need to recline even for me who likes sleeping for most of the trip. Flight attendants sit in the xist rows with the passengers during take off and landing, which made it much more personal a feeling; friendly & helpful crew. Must have had a tail wind because arrived about 20 minutes earlier than expected. Price was excellent; about half as compared to AA or UA."
Cons: "No window in exit seat rows, but that was OK with me because I like to sleep most of the way. Extra charges for everything, but they are minimal if you check in online 24 hours in advance. Still price, ended up being half of other airlines."

We did receive $10 breakfast vouchers which was awesome, but I didn't know what they were at the time, so when I went up to receive mine, I asked what it was the lady was over the top rude. I understand it much have been hectic on her end, but I mean, you're in customer service. Get with it!"
