Cons: "My check-in experience was concerning. I had an onward flight to Manila, but no onward flight from there. The airline policy had me not allowed to check in for my flight because of this. I narrowly avoided missing my flight by booking another flight just in time."

Cons: "Seats are not wide enough and uncomfortable for business class. Not many food options. TV remote is not intuitive. When seat is turned into bed, it is not 100% flat, and has some elevation. Cannot comfortably speak with co-passenger due to privacy board that doesn't come down fully. TV positioning is not ergonomical and co-passenger's TV screen is too bright when trying to sleep."
Pros: "See above. Great airline all around. We travel a lot and overall it is one of the two best in the world on almost all counts."
Cons: "For large number of passengers, boarding is impossibly slow. I don't understand why, after boarding the priority passengers, airline don't board the rest of us from the back of the plane to the front. Doing it the other way makes us stumble across the front seated passengers who are busy stowing their carry-ones. This causes a bottleneck in boarding. Also, there are too many checks on us, which also slows things down. Also, Emirates advertises: one carry-on item of less than 15 pounds. On this flight I would say that at least 75% of the passengers violated this with large and multiple carry-ons. This is unfair to those of us who try to go by the rules."

Additionally, our row (in the back of the plane) felt rather crammed in, and most of the overhead baggage space was taken up by blankets."

People with connections should have been handled separately and in a different way. Some people got rescheduled on earlier flights than we were told but did not know about it so many missed their rescheduled flights."

Noisy aircraft, poor quality headsets (I'd inadvertently packed my NC headphones in checked luggage)."
