There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

I bought my son’s tickets 3 months before the flight through an agency just to request flight attendant services. On the day of the flight the agency called me in the morning saying Latam had canceled the flight from Boston and that aid have to drive my son yo New York. I get that the poor communication wasn’t Latam’s fault but I called Latam at least a dozen times to confirm that everything was OK and that my son would still have the flight attendant service and I was told by many different customers services that things were OK but when we got to the airport I had the most horrible time ever. They told me the service was requested but but approved and that my son would have to flight without the flight attendant service and they kept telling me since he’s 12 he didn’t need flight attendant? An international flight for the very first time unaccompanied and they wanted me to just let it happen? It took me over 1 hour of arguing and explaining that I’ve bought the tickets over 3 months ahead of time just to be certain that my son would have the flight attendant services on both ways and they finally told me they’d add the service last minute because they understood that my flight from Boston got canceled. I paid $150 each way and my son did not seat with the other kids nor was supervised during the flights. They simply sat him and disappeared until the flight landed. I cannot believe how ridiculous and irresponsible this was and I really hope to never use Latam’s services again. I DO NOT recommend Latam to anyone. I had the most difficult time ever and I always do everything ahead of time to make sure things go smoothly. The agency where I bought the tickets is located in Marlborough, Ma right in Main st abs I also do not recommend anyone to waste time and money with them. I cannot believe that they waited until the day of the flight to inform me I had to drive 4 hours plus to a different state. Of course it’s my mistake for not have checked but I left the agency with the paper print out with the flight information saying I’d leave from Boston so I trusted it. Not going to happen again. I always bought my international tickets online and never had any problems but since my son was Ma going to travel alone, I decided to use the agency. Horrible experience. I’m so happy it’s over.

Cons: "After aircraft was parked a strange loud noise could have been heard for 30 seconds. Would be nice if a crew member (flight attendant or captain) assured passengers that it was normal. Noise didn't seem normal and I was very concerned. No infotainment options."

Cons: "My flight to Pittsburgh was cancelled and NO attempt to rebook was made by united. No compensation. I had to fly to Cleveland and rent a car for $150 and drive to Pittsburgh. United refused to pay for my rental car. Terrible experience."
Pros: "Making the connectoin in SFO worked out because both flights were delayed. Offering bottled water and chips to waiting passengers was a small courtesy that I heard others appreciated."
Cons: "Couldn't understand the PA announcements in Eugene. Audio clarity problem. Flight delayed. It happens. I prefer media content from United accessed through the cabin wi-fi. That option wasn't working on one flight segment. Just an hour flight though. I'm 6'2". Could future planes have a variety of seat sizes? The leg room in economy is actually sufficient for me. It was difficult to find my delayed flights on the departures screen. United employees didn't complain about helping me though."

Cons: "On both flghts we requested a bassinet for our 3 month old. We were told on the phone if one was available we were able to have it. Both flights had bassinets but we weren't allowed access to them. On our first leg the bassinet was in economy plus and we were economy. On the way home our fight was downsized to a smaller plane and the airline was too busy trying to cut 25 people off the fight they weren't able to give us a seat where the bassinet would be. We asked several flight attendants and got different answers from each one."
Pros: "Flight UA 945 got me home!"
Cons: "Everything. This was a UA plane and LH ticket. We had to check in with LH in a completely different concourse than we departed. The plane was very aged, the carpets and seats were soiled and the bathrooms were in a terrible state of repair and floors filthy. I think this plane is more fitting for the grave yard than the skies. It was completely overcrowded with seats. Although I am only 6 ft tall, my knees touched the seat in front on me. Entertainment was disfunctional to a state of unusable. The small analog screens were streaked and blurry and selection terrible. Audio jacks were worn so bad you could maintain contact one ear but at the time. Food was awful and very sparse and served by very Grouchy crew members. Breakfast and a snack were inedible. No real meal was served. Never again on UA. I recommend LH consider divorcing themselves from UA."

Cons: "5 able-bodied pax's allowed pre-board privilege because they were traveling with a single wheelchair pax was ridiculous. No signage on seat of where to locate power charge."
Cons: "I am handicapped. Boarding agent abused me. Made me walk to plane on tarmac in stocking feet. Asked for wheel chair and was denied. Have congestive heart failure and could hardly make it on the plane. The man should be fired. Deputy sheriff with him was just as bad glad to go into more detail with someone. Will report united to govt. small Airport would not ever be reorder."

Pros: "Everything about the flight and process was very efficient and very comfortable. The flight attendants and crew are always so friendly on United flights! My favorite airline!"

Cons: "The monitor for my viewing was out of order. There was no complimentary food offered, but there was a nice selection of beverages offered."
Pros: "They gave me TSA pre-check. I don't know why, since I'm not signed up."
Cons: "Prices should be discounted for being in the last row (e.g., seats don't recline), especially on a 5 hour red-eye that was packed. These are the narrowest seats and aisles I've ever experienced in over fifty years of commercial flying, and that includes Asiana. No food offered, even for purchase. One flight attendant was sarcastic with me with no provocation on my part."

Cons: "The flight from ORD to ABE was on a plane with expired maintenance logs or inspections? We were delayed 2 hours in arriving for what seemed like a pilots lax in paperwork. But what does a customer expect from an airline who knows they that customer by the balls?"

Cons: "Bought the ticket with Brussels, but it was operated by United. Late departure. When we boarded, we found that United had booked another person in my assigned seat! Had to stand in the aisle for nearly 10 minutes while attendant found another seat for us, farther back in the plane and in the center section. Absolutely no legroom and the food was hardly edible. Every few years I fly United in the hope that they'll have gotten better, but it just never seems to happen. Still can not recommend this airline."
