Pros: "the seats in couch wwere the narrowest we have experienced! Very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of"

Cons: "I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued."

Cons: "My 2 bags didn't come out to Cairo airport Your employee helps me to report that. He didn't give me the $200 to buy some clothes. Because he told me that my 2 bags coming out in a vew hours. And they give my cell phone # 01114488833 and I give them my wife's cell phone # 01225993535. They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

Cons: "The check in process took a long time; longer than other carriers. In spite of so many crew members being there at the gate, there were no announcement of the boarding process. It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."

Cons: "About 30 of us waitined about 20 minutes for the bus to transfer from plane to terminal . I only had 35 minutes to get to my gate for my transfer to Glasgow . No chance for anything to eat . Not happy ."

Cons: "Hello- The system for online checking was down (I think) it took a lot of time to check in. By the time we got to passport control, there was a huge line and an hour and half was left before take off. Anyways we joined the line. Half way through, 45 min before flight (flight was eventually delayed for an hour I think but we did not know that at the time) we realized that we were definetly going to get late and were looking for any Emirates person (whilst in line) who could guide us. Eventually someone did came and told a group (some way ahead of us) that people flying to Lahore and Karachi can go to another office for passport control (we ran to that office). I believe instead of sending 1 person to a line of say 300+ people to fetch for people for Lahore and Karachi can devise a contingent plan for these kind of situations. Maybe use a hand held digital board asking passengers with Flight no:XXX to head to a place so and so. Maybe megaphone can be used. Instead of passenger anxiously trying to get to 1 person whilst keeping in line to get some important information. In flight I used the button twice to call a crew member for some juice and water. But nobody came. But that might be understandable as there was a lot going on some 1 hour after dinner I think and is not a big problem. Don't know what kind of coordination they have with Dubai airport staff, seemed least bothered."
Pros: "I have never been in a flight where a handful of small children were able to make so much noise. There was one 4 year old that talked so loud for ten hours that not even my headphones could drown him out. Not once did any of the parents tell these kids to use their inside voice"

Cons: "Boarding at JFK was delayed a lot and not properly handled. I was in Business class, still there was no information about what would happen when. Onboard, the TV (ICE) and internet were struggling to keep up with user demand. Did not load or connect sometimes. Different crew members had same standard answer - try later. While sleeping in Business class, I was woken up twice by a rude crew member (Velma Ndubi). She even refused to tell me her name because she did not want me to complain. Her attitude ruined the flight for me."

Cons: "In some instances their was a shortage of food option. Although the menu said you could have a choice but some of the choices were exhausted by the time crew served it to the half of the travellers and the rest have to eat whatever was leftover. I think Emirates should stock a bit more of the food especially on a plane like Airbus 380. Its a huge aircraft and passengers sting at the vey end had to wait almost 45 min to 1 hr to get their food and that too was whatever leftover. They should make efforts to server all the passengers within a short amount to time rather than keep them waiting for so long. Most of the time more than half of the passengers had already eaten while those sitting in the back were still waiting for their food. Its not cabin crew's inefficiency but rather a policy problem that needs to be addressed."

Pros: "Good sleep is most important & emirates is very good in this regard. Food is only fair especially the hot food served at dinner. Wines served are generally of a good to a high standard. Some crew members are better than others. Some are really excellent including any of the Irish members of the team - they always standout with their warmth, friendship & ability to read people & situations."
Pros: "The staff was amazing, not perfect, but still very good. Even on the long leg from Seattle to Dubai after 14 hours they we're smiling, helpful and attentive."

Cons: "This is not about the plane or the airline; rather the airport in Dubai: build better restroom facilities for your female passengers! Near gate 29 is a women's restroom with just 2 toilet stalls and one sink! Wholly inadequate for the 3-4 gates it serves."

Cons: "Cabin service was very slow. We were an hour and a half into each flight before we were offered a drink. No additional drinks were offered with the meal. There were no further services offered after the tea and coffee service... 3 full hours before we landed! Also, the economy class seats are extremely cramped. When the person in front of me leaned their seat back, I couldn't eat my mael comfortably and the TV screen was 12 inches away from my face."
