Cons: "When I checked in there were 2 employees behind the counter ignoring the line of people dropping off checked bags and 1 employee actually working to take checked bags. This is the third time in a row that this has happened on a Qantas flight for me."

Check in staff were unhelpful with information on delayed flight and impact on boarding, luggage weight restrictions. One suitcase was 24.4 kg, the attendant was rude and unhelpful with assisting. Travelling with a family of 5 and young kids makes it more stressful having delays/issues with connecting flights/luggage. Will be travelling qantas.
Cons: "Computer system crashed. Not enough agents working at check in. We waited in line 1 hour just to drop off bags. Very frustrating."

Cons: "Upon attempting to checkin online, Jetstar indicated that checkin had to be undertaken at the Queenstown airport. No prompt was provided to indicate that baggage registration and payment would have to be handled via the general website, in spite of being denied the ability to checkin online. To our surprise, we faced a $75/bag checkin fee at the airport, being told registration of baggage at the airport would face a premium fee. Unfair or what...?"
