16 hr flights with just 2 meals is ridiculous.
Airplane A380-800 is too big, fully booked. Too many people everywhere, which made me nervous due to Covid-19 infection risks. But food was good, and toilets were fine.

Emirates staff, it seems, does not know how to talk or smile."

Cons: "I didn't like the way they were talking to me about the strict rules on luggage weight limit. They asked to pay 30 dollars for one extra kg and even on the carry on bags. The staff who seemed to be a manager in Korea was telling me to leave behind everything as they are only allowing me total of 7kgs to carry on which includes my laptop (3kg already) and a small handbag! They are literally asking you to just carry your laptop, magazine and a toothbrush! Never seen this strict and stinge rules before. And they didn't even check my carry on weight when boarding after...after giving up my gifts to friends which were not worth paying extra 30 dollars! According to their seat allocation people who sat next to me seemed to be a double or triple size of me (No offence to these passengers) and I could not eat my meal properly because I had no room to move my arm. I asked politely to a crew to change my seat but they said it is full and gave me a cup of orange juice! How nice! I will discourage people to spend extra money on Emirates because you might not get the premium service you pay for!!"
The flight was delayed for hours then canceled, because they couldn't find a captain to fly the airplane!!! On the next day they kept postponing the boarding from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM and when we finally got on-board we had to wait for almost 2 hours for the catering to deliver 50 trays of food and the utensils!!! Unbelievable...
At the boarding gate i was informed the airplane suffered a downgrade and therefore my business seat wasn’t available anymore. The company wasn’t open for conversation and simply changed my business seat for a coach seat. After boarding the whole experience was terrible: the food made me throw away 1h later, when i felt sick i called for assistance and nobody showed up, the flight attendants were rude and hit me 3 times without apologizing. Never felt so humiliated and disrespected during a flight.
Rough on the edges staff both at the JFK terminal 8 in NYC and then on board - they all seemed uninterested and quite passive aggressive in their demeanor. I fly Delta and JetBlue often - several tiers above AA in every aspect. The plane was in good shape with nice leather seats - but they couldn't make up for the "unpleasant crew" on board.
Flight Miami São Paulo was amazing but São Paulo to Recife was not. The airplane had not AC before it take off and when asked about to turn the AC on the flight attendant was rude and told me to wait for it to be on in the air. Totally disrespectful with all the crew who as tired after a international flight.
The air above my seat wasn’t working & I sweat the entire flight, not to mention the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. The crew was amazing though, I hate that they had to keep reminding folks to sit down & pull up their masks- two things that should be common sense by now. They’re great!

It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions"

I will think twice before booking a LATAM flight again."

Cons: "My seat was changed on me last minute without notifying me. I was moved away from my friends. It took a while to get this resolved with my seat. Once it was solved my chair was broken and could not recline. It took them 3 hours to get this fixed and were rude to me the entire time. I told them I had never been treated so poorly on a plane."
