The bus ride from the terminal to board the plane is uncomfortable and stressful when making a connection.

We stood on the tarmac outside the plane inside a glass tube for 20-25 minutes with no information waiting for a bus."

Boarding process is never streamlined in PVR. You get a notice of Boarding 10 minutes before actual boarding in PVR when you could've stayed at a table or lounge. They allow too many people to put small items in first class overhead bins and coach class to use the first class bathroom. I'm sitting there having to go to the bathroom badly, and all these people kept coming up from coach, and the flight attendants didn't say anything to them. The Houston to ELP experience was very stressful and not handled professionally whatsoever - again.

Pros: "I got super lucky and had three seats to myself, it's a long flight just over 12hrs and good sleep is precious. The entertainment options were excellent and I watched some great first run movies. Food was quite good with options, beverage service standard. Restrooms were readily accessible and "clean.""
Cons: "We left SFO an hour late waiting for a handful of late passengers - good for them though, eh? The rest of the passengers on plane were packed in like sardines. Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."
Cons: "Check in clerk was mean nasty and said several times we could not fly because we didn’t have our tickets rather then helping us use the airport printer to print our tickets she said you can’t print you ticket until you show me your ticket. She should be fired it was united airlines won’t fly them again"
