This is not enough time, doesn’t allow for customs and immigration. It was a really stressful experience running between terminals with my luggage, as there was less than a 1 hour window after getting through customs and immigration, so the bag drop at international wouldn’t accept them. Got to departure gate 12 minutes before plane departure. You need more time to have a good experience !"

We phoned the booing site, we phoned Virgin, we were put on hold for 25 mins while the booking site phoned Virgin - but Virgin refused to help us out! My husband was not able to board the flight - no refund, no help - and the sad part was, it wasn't for a holiday - it was to visit and help his 87yr old father-in-law who had fallen and cracked his spine. No sympathy from Virgin, VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

The gate agents were so very helpful and so compassionate, especially because my 4 month old baby was crying. They stepped up and helped me with my other kids as my husband was out looking for water to make a bottle for him. Awesome awesome service! The crew was very nice and helpful when we were all sleeping. Did not bother us once and they let us sleep. Unfortunately I did not try their food service but my husband said it was delicious. The only thing was that they only offered a couple of movies via some small screen at the ceiling of plane making it hard for my 5 yo daughter to watch anything ultimately relying on their tablets which dies early. Overall, from check in to touch down, it was a very pleasant flight! Oh! And the blankets were so soft!!"

When I email Air Canada they said they would get back to me within 30 days about my concerns."

Those who attempted to sleep in their seat found that the seats were very uncomfortable and had very little to no leg room. When it came time to land at our destination, we ended up having to circle the airport for an additional 35 mins waiting for the terminal to free up. It was a very long 10hr flight that even the nice selection of movies to choose from couldn't help. Terrible flight experience, Canadian Air has really gone down hill."

Really miserable for all concerned. Seats are too tight, entertainment system works only some of the time, seats old and uncomfortable. Did not seat family together (flight full). Overall, one of the worst long-distance flights I have ever had. Should not fly this kind of plane with this many people and not enough facilities."

Cons: "Flying from US to Canada was a challenge because of all the customs requirements. But,. better safe than sorry . This four hour flight did not even offer pretzels"
Cons: "They try to board by groups but unfortunately they get the entire plane trying to stand in there group lines and don't load anyone for 15 to 20 mins. It congested all the walkways and people just change to the shortest line"

Cons: "I was disappoint that we were not informed that we had to have wifi to use the entertainment system or rent iPads for $10.00. That is not right and your app. sucks to use. Please redo or get a new web person. So overall it was long a trip for people with children because they also had nothing for them to do. Fix this problem soon."
