Cons: "Cairo airport: Personnel have no manners. Rude, disdainful security staff who bark at passenges as if everyone is a criminal. Must be related to the Egyptian mindset. Dubai airport: Endless taxiing from aircraft to terminals, endless shuttle rides between terminals. You feel like a rat scuttling through underground tunnels and dismal byways through a wateland of darkness to be spat out at ugly, uninviting entrances somewhere in the bowels of Dubai International. No signs, no knowledgeable personnel to explain anything to you. No attempt at making travelers feel comfortable, no attempt at making the surroundings look pleasant. Must be the culture. The flight itself has wonderful staff, but the airport makes me not want to fly Emirates again!"

Cons: "I have maiden upgrade from economy to business and I can’t use Emirates business lounge. Stewards forgot my starter and drink. No cosmetics set - just 3 tubes of hand cream in toilet. Services was very slow. Emirates, is it you?! No more business class in Emirates."

Cons: "The only thing I could say was not up to par was the food on both flights. The long legs food got me sick, and yes I was the only one so could have just been me, and the second the "sandwich" it seems they were not even trying."

Cons: "The crew seemed a bit put off, just not very friendly. Maybe something had happened that put them all in a bad mood I'm not sure. Despite this they did help people without complaint, but you could tell they didn't want to be there. Again on this flight the TVs were an old model that was difficult to use, you had to push really hard and finagle your finger to get it to read what you were pressing."
Pros: "Our flight got delayed by 14 hrs, pf course we missed the connecting flight. We have spent mor than 24 hours in airport without any details about our connection and multiple hours in the line trying to get an answer. Ridiculous service if something goes wrong. No back up plan"

Cons: "Crew, food and comfort. Taken out from flight no reason and harassed by land crew by not giving any flight for 24 hours with one baby and one child. No food offered for 8 hours. Not happy at all"

Cons: "No information re cancelled flight, board at Dubai indicated flight delayed with no time or boarding gate. Over 300 people at Emirates / Qantas customer service desk and 2 operators. Only found out that the flight may be cancelled from an email from kayak. Eventually got on a flight 6 and a half hours later. When leaving the board still said ek5101 delayed. I am sure if left up to Emirates / Qantas we would still be sitting at Dubai looking at the board."
