Cons: "Flying on 8 Jan is a time when there a lot of holiday makers heading home or perhaps just going on holiday. Lots of young children and a baby crying right behind me wasn't the most relaxing but I realise that nothing can be done about that."

Cons: "The passengers with a small child behind us were very noisy and bumping/pushing into our seat-backs way too much. The boarding was a bit chaotic. Defining the boarding sequence based on row numbers should help."

Cons: "When I checked in there were 2 employees behind the counter ignoring the line of people dropping off checked bags and 1 employee actually working to take checked bags. This is the third time in a row that this has happened on a Qantas flight for me."

Cons: "Flight was late and this was significant as I had a tight connection in Melbourne. There did not seem to be a good reason it was late as the aircraft was already at Launceston. They just towed it to the gate late! No announcements were made as to the lateness of the flight until the departure time had actually passed."

Cons: "When I went to transfer flight to Perth there was an agent at the security who found that I had a wallet ninja and showed him it just threw it in the trash without asking me what my options were. Had an attitude when I asked what the heck? He was totally rude and ruined my perception of the Qantas staff."

Cons: "My remote in my arm rest (58D) was a bit broken. While it still worked, the flap was missing some screws to hold it in place. Also, the touch screen oftentimes had issues sensing my finger on the pause button. Overall it did not hinder me from enjoying the entertainment services provided."

Pros: "Although we were seated in economy and legroom would be tight, we had a truly great flight. The staff are all sweet, smiling, considerate and helpful. The snacks kept coming and the meals were delicious! We’re were treated so nicely, I hope to always travel on Qantas to visit my grandkids. My last United flight wasn’t even close to being comparable. In fact, I dreaded the thought of the long flight but Qantas has changed my view and now I have NO reservations when contemplating future visits."
Cons: "My husband is a lacto ova vegetarian. If I checked that, then he wouldn’t have been able to pre-order the delicious vegetarian bechamel lasagne. He would’ve received a meal specifically designed for him. Best way to order next time in order to get the pre-ordered dinner/lunch and then the lacto ova for the breakfast?"

Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam."
Cons: "I would like to know who is telling me the truth regarding why i $500 was taken from my refund when I was forced to cancel my flight due to not getting my visa. I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money."

Cons: "This flight was so uncomfortable. The seats were small, hard and crammed together. Qantas should be ashamed of making people deal with that on a 13+ hour flight. They kept waking us all up and in general staff could provide little"
Pros: "I was accommodated excellently as I required wheelchair access and ease and comfort as I was recovering from major surgery. The return seating in upper level was most appreciated . A big thanks to the cabin crew especially Oscar."

Cons: "The lounge was horrible. Crowded, lack of choice for food and drink. Not even crisps available, just stodgy white bread sandwiches and some deep fried (frozen) samosas. Nothing in any way healthy, nothing meat free. The service was however a very high standard, but the staff only had what they had to work with. This flight is always full, so I don't understand why Qantas does not fix this problem."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hr 30 min because of catering issues. Because of that only one hot meal for 14 hr flight. Diabetic food was the worst I ever had. My prepaid seat for extra $35 AUD wasn't available. The seat was uncomfortable and the pillow was huge - I had to put it on a floor. I am surprised why Qantas is rated #9 among best airlines for 2016. I will try to avoid Qantas in the gorier."

No fruit or yogurt ... nothing else. awful Couple of times crew were rude to other passengers (not myself) but generally were not as happy, helpful as previous Qantas flights Smaller plane with less seatroom than my Emirates flight in the other direction"
Pros: "I have a nut allergy and there are no nut free meal options to select prior to my flight. Worse still the attendants didn't bother to check the meal ingredients, something that was offered to me by the budget airline Fly Dubai."
