Flight delayed by an hoir or more. Food service is slow. Also, the crew is not following up on orders. Travelled in business class and was a platinum member, but still didn't receive the expected service .

Cons: "Flight was late. There was no communication about it. The flight from Joburg to Doha was late, therefore I missed my connection. The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. The business class seats really miss the mark. There’s virtually no personal storage or a place to set anything, getting the tray out of its holder (and then back in) required guidance and strong arms, and the lay down beds were tight. Also, the controls adjusted when a single wet nap envelope was laid on top of it. Disappointing experience for $10k

Flight was delayed because it took a really long time to get the plane ready. Boarding was not well-organized. Sandwich with zucchini for breakfast is certainly cheap and has an interesting taste, but not a great combo.

We requested a wheelchair between the Lufthansa and Condor flights we took and the Lufthansa crew had no data about the wheelchair request. Condor did not pass the request even though we bought the two tickets through them and called twice to confirm there is a wheel chair.

Transit in Munich airport was terrible, staff is rude! Sitting on row 53 was bad the food was not enough.

Cons: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."
Cons: "Very poor connecting flight information for check in. United connecting flight through Lufthansa has no information. Have to ask around airport and nobody seems to know exactly when United will open for checkin. Discover next morning it is only 2 hrs before flight, 1.5 hrs before boarding. Lufthansa made no effort to pass along their connecting flight information, they just drop all responsibility and say it is a United flight so offer no help. First and last time with Lufthansa."
