It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.

Flight was delayed and no information was provided what was new time Change gate 3 times at Madina airport First gate was 113 Second gate was 204 And last gate was 113 again

I liked everything accept the delay try to improve in that area

The customer service was very poor. I didn’t get any accommodations for my cancelled flight. I was without any sleep for 36 hours.

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

Didn’t like it at all. Cabin crew unfriendly. Very bad experience.

When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Lufthansa was a great airline. Good communication on what to do at 3:00 am in the morning. I had a 6:00 am flight and when I arrived at the airport there were no attendants. But I remember reading info that told where I was supposed to go. My flight from Munich to Chicago was delayed by 30 minutes. I was very happy with that. Would definitely fly with Lufthansa again!

They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.

Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.

What food? What entertainment? The questionnaire does not make sense.

Just RETURN the LOST and FOUND items to the LUFTHANSA passengers, instead of just saying "sorry"
