Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Once i found the right ticket counter to check in, i found that there was an extra baggage fee of NZ$130 that i had to pay to check my bag. Also, dinner seemed to be included for just about everyone sitting around me, and it was not included for me. I don't remember having the option of booking dinner with my flight. The agent at the Virgin Australia counter mentioned that this often happens when booking flights through the websites that are not the carrier's direct website. I have used others before, and not had these same issues... oh well - i guess that's what i get for booking through FlightNetwork.com. I'll probably go directly to airline websites in the future."

Cons: "Luggage was lost. Spent last night and all day today without a lot of the things we needed to make our current stay comfortable. We did not have adequate swimwear, contact lenses solution, and most importantly, my wife's medication. She fell ill last night and continued to feel sick today because she was not able to take her medicine. To top it off, my wife currently cannot find a favorite piece of clothing. It is green, lacy lingerie. We are sure it was packed before leaving our previous destination. Could you please check to see if this piece of clothing was located, either at the airport in Bali or in Kuala Lumpur? If found, please send to our next destination, Pingviman Hotel, Chiang Mai. Because of the inconvenience, including not having our luggage for an entire day, my wife feeling ill, and this loss of her valued item of clothing, we believe we deserve some compensation. We are very displeased with these circumstances and hope you agree that something needs to be offered to us to once again feel satisfied. Thank you for your time. John and Emily"
