Pros: I loved the view and the location
Cons: I didn't like the food Staff and cleanness were not that great The bed was not comfortable at all
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful, beautiful and fun at the same time.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: WiFi very poor. Only real criticism. Really needed it to be good when I had some work and health issues with my daughter, and it was dreadful - barely reached our bungalow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, clean, friendly staff, everything was spotless
Cons: A bit too quiet for us on a night
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Api Restaurant was great, orders from menu 10/10 , morning buffet is 8/10
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Check in process could have been smoother
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The staff were always lovely and friendly. The food in each restaurant was great and so were the cocktails. We felt it was reasonably priced for the experience we had there. The place was beautiful!
Cons: I have no feedback on what could have been better. My only issue while I was there were the mosquitoes, but that isn't the resort's fault!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful hotel property and very friendly staff.
Cons: Only getting 1 key for the room. If key card was not left in the room AC would not work and room would get very hot. Tour offers at hotel were very overpriced compared to tours offered in town.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location friendly and helpful staff great for kids
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like about this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is remote,beachfront-just beautiful.
Cons: Nothing at all. I actually wanted to stay longer.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beautiful villas and the huge pool.
Cons: Yes. Expect to pay western prices or more. Surprising as it is owned by Singha Brewery. Not enough choices in beers. The restaurants were not busy because of the very high prices on food and drinks.
4.0 Okay
Pros: During the high tide, the beach is beautiful.
Cons: Many things: staff seem pretty unhappy. Half of the day, the sea water disappears and is replaced with mud due to low tide. The village next to the hotel is literally two small streets with 2-3 restaurants total.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of our room, looking directly onto the beach was beautiful and the WiFi was great even on the beach
Cons: We were charged too much for our laundry service but they sorted it out for us during check out. Bit pricey. Be careful of service charges and taxes, there’s a lot of them and they’re hidden.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing, great to disconnect from the hassle of big cities. You can see both sunrise and sunset. The staff is really friendly, everyone smiles. There are a few cats in the hotel, we loved that.
Cons: Pretty much everything in the hotel is quite overpriced: Lunch, dinner, drinks, tours, even the water (60 baht for a 500ml bottle). We ended up arranging all this at the shops & restaurants outside the hotel, which saved us a lot of money. The room was worn out, it needed renovation. The only way to get to the main pier is via long-tail boat, which costs about 1000 baht. The hotel should provide free boat shuttle service a couple of times a day so that guests can visit the pier. We only got 2 complimentary bottles of water per day, considering the heat this is definitely not enough (and buying it at the hotel's shop is quite costly).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: high prices for transportation and food. You are paying almost european tarrifs for drinks and food. Did not enjoy the possible lower prices in Thailand. Be prepared to spend some money.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The kids club was amazing. Our kids met loads of friends and were entertained all day.
Cons: For the price our bungalow was a little dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel overall, wish we had of stayed longer.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the sunrise and sunset, the white sandy beach
Cons: The sewage problem
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything apart from the transportation that cannot be provided from them.
Cons: No shuttle or pickup/drop service available to and from the hotel to the main pier. They can arrange it at a cost however considering the hotel is at an isolated location, it shouldn’t be the guests responsibility to pay for the boat from the pier to the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything is amazing
Cons: Less vegetarian options in the breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and amenities
Cons: None
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, sunset view, the staff the staff the staff
Cons: The small construction work, note it wasn't noisy
8.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The peacefulness of the island. Not many people
Cons: There were mosquitoes in the room buzzing in my ears
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As I studied hotelmanagement and worked for several years in a hotel myself as soon as I walk into a hotel I feel the atmosphere of a hotel. This hotel has it all! Such a friendly, helpfull staff and a great host from arrival to departure who makes you feel so welcome! My husband and I came back to Koh Phi Phi after 12 years..Now together as a family with our son 9 years old and daughter 7 years old. We were so happy to stay at laemtongbeach as it's perfect for a family and a great place for snorkling! The beach is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, the friendly staff and also the choices of american/european breakfast but also the menucart for Thai breakfast! Also the menu for lunch and dinner has a lot of choices for all nationalities. We enjoyed the thai kitchen so much and again also the friendly, happy staff! Housekeeping is doing a great job, the rooms are very clean! We we're sad to leave and hope we will back soon again! Sooner then 12 years..;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location, right on the beach! Nice refreshing beach front pool, plenty of activities and excursions on offer. The restaurant was amazing... such delicious authentic thai food, but also plenty of other options if thai isn't for you!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Very beautiful. Staff and food were excellent!
Cons: The air conditioning did not work very well.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very king and helpful staff, always ready to assist you. The hotel is located quite far from the centre, so it is very quiet and calm, but it makes everything almost twice more expensive. Very nice diving point, located near the hotel reception.
Cons: The price is not for that room quality. Through the gaps between doors insects get into the room. Also be ready that you will need to configure the conditioner, so that it would not blow right on you while you are sleeping. Sometimes the electricity can turn off, and you will need to re-insert the room card. It makes you crazy when you have to do that few times per night. Sometimes in the sea you can see rubbish (plastic packets, cans, etc)
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location amd service
Cons: The air contioner is directoy to the bed and it got me sick
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location Breakfast and dinner.
Cons: Mosquito spraying without warning. Spraying the room with odour chemicals...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and kind staffs, nice breakfast, good location, modern and spacious room
Cons: Too many boats outside hotel, the beach is not clean.
7.0 Good
Cons: It’s far away from phi phi town
5.8 Okay
Pros: Beach and showers
Cons: Dinner in restaurant. Took too long, food raw and steak meat off

Cons: Cockroach the size of my palm in the bathroom. Sheets were dirty. Very loud form the Ibiza pool parties. Wouldn’t recommend.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was cheap, had a great view, and nice staff.
Cons: Was a 50 minute walk to the nice swimming beach, was hard to find from the pier, was on the young party strip so there was techno music blaring till 2am every night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good view
Cons: Our room was in top, Its hard to climb up in night after party..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, pool and its view was amazing. Fantastic location of the resort. The resort was on the beach parties location. Thumbs up for the location of the resort.
Cons: There were no toiletries provided, would have appreciated that. Just provided 2 mini soaps. Otherwise there is nothing negative about the resort.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, spacious and comfortable room with excellent view of the mountain! Beautiful infinity pool, the best on phi phi over looking the party beach. Staff were helpful especially Ate Rizalina Bautista. Highly recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: View from the swimming pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool is fantastic.
Cons: The shower wasn’t good. The water was so hot that I couldn’t take a shower.
7.0 Good
Pros: View from the pool and balcony.
Cons: Quite old, cockroaches in room. Shower water smelled bad.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view from the pool is amazing! Although, they definitely need to put some work on the facilities around the pool, no umbrellas and chairs are old.
Cons: Not worth the price. Compared to other properties on the island, this is way more overpriced and not as new. The pool area needs renovation, as well as the room furniture. When we arrived on the pier there were guys from all the hotels waiting to meet their guest and help with the luggage. They told us that the View Point Resort employee didn't go to the pier today, considering that this hotel is one of the farthest from the pier I think they should always have a employee there when expecting guests.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: We love Blue Sky! Its one of our favorites. No pool or restaurant but the view and location makes up for all of that! Plus the staff who really make it feel like home. We were given breakfast although not included and collected and taken to and from the port when we arrived and left which just makes the stay that much easier (as its a trek into town but a beautiful one!). Plus we found a great restaurant further down the beach that had lovely, reasonably priced food so that was great!
Cons: Nothing I didn't like :-)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the fact that it’s a small intimate property and the cottages were maintained impeccably! The staff were also so so sweet! Our plan did not include breakfast but they added in breakfast for both the days we were there and upgraded our rooms as well. Thank you so very much! We will definitely be back!
Cons: The only issue was that the water in the bathroom has a very strong smell. I understand it’s because of it being on a island but it was quite bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location on a quiet and beautiful beach; clean beautiful and comfortable bungalows, superb breakfast. Nice staff super helpful: we organize several long tails tours with them, very good price and attention! Free snorkel on the boat, and good restaurants near... I wanna go back right now!
Cons: Nothing to declare: ir was more than perfect!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was so good. I was traveling with my family. They helped us a lot with anything. Felt like home . Great stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Scenic view and at the end good value for money
Cons: In front of a small pier, too many boats. It is not following one style, is a mix of things, you feel like nowhere. A bit of bali, australia, thai. Where am I? Staff is too arrogant, you feel not welcome. They need to take serious actions with chef, I order a lot of fresh fish to grill and he hadn't the courtesy to bring some white rice as is common in all thailand (they want you to order some extra fried rice and pay more)
6.8 Good
Pros: -Near the Long Beach -nice atmosphere at night near the beach -good for couples
Cons: The transportation for the main pier
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was absolutely lovely. Beautiful beach, lovely welcoming staff, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, yet within a short taxi boat ride. Good food and massive choice in the restaurant, and plenty of drinks available at reasonable prices at the bar. Happy hour between 4-6. Will happily return.
Cons: The WiFi requires repeatedly logging in but it works. Apart from that we loved our stay there and hope to return. Beautiful place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The beach of the hotel (longbeach) was really impressive, we could see the fish in the crystal clear waters. The pool was really cool too Friendly staff and cozy environment
Cons: The tallest bungalows are difficult to reach by foot However the hotel provides transport for you and your luggage at the check in or the check out
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a wonderful place for couple and family. We had 2 nights and want to come back every year. The room is so charm, convenient and quiet. We lived in a bungalow with many flowers surrounding. The bed is super comfortable. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and I don't want to go to another place. This is the best place I have been to.
Cons: Wifi is not so good and it is automatic dropped after a few minutes
9.3 Excellent
Pros: the view of the hotel when your arriving by the longtail boats is amazing!!! the food in the restaurant on the beach was sooooo good and the breakfast was probably the best we have had in thailand, so much choice !! they refill your fridge everyday with water, a refreshing towel, cola and snacks which was really nice. the beds are super comfy and the room was kept surprisingly clean considering we where staying right on the beach
7.5 Good
Pros: Liked the location, had special vegetarian food menu. Fire show
Cons: While checkout the staff boy asked us to pick our baggages even after seeing bandages on my fingers which was rude and they still expect tip. The only place where I didn't provide tip to staff boy in my 9 day Thailand tour. Considering that guest come back to resort from sea tours post check out time, for same day transfer they check out and keep luggage at counter. Request resort management to provide room for 15 mins at least for laddies to freshen up and change wet clothes post phi phi lay and other beach tours even if at nominal charges. It adds long way to the satisfaction level of the guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, breakfast was very good, transportation to and from Resort by boat was very well organized and staff was helpful. Plenty of launchers on the beach. Comfortable bed in the room, beautiful manicured landscape setting of the resort
Cons: Name of the room "luxury villa" is overrated. It has nothing to do with luxury and nothing to do with villa. It is old rustic cozy bungalow (cottage) with disaster bathroom without toilet paper holder, towel bars and dated furniture, wifi very poor and s
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent view from room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Incredible location for snorkelling, shark point is a good swim away however we went there on both days and saw sharks! Companies wanted a lot of money to take you there by boat whereas at this hotel you have it on your doorstep! Breakfast is lovely, nice comfortable rooms. Really happy there was a transfer for us when we arrived and a free transfer back to the main town on departure.
Cons: The bathroom had a weird smell throughout our stay which wasn’t particularly pleasant even with the cleaners attempt to rectify this. We stayed in the most basic room which had another bedroom attached obviously for families that want joint rooms. The problem with this is the walls seem to be so thin you can hear everything that’s going on next door which is annoying when trying to sleep. We also felt that the restaurant was too expensive and that the hotel should offer at least one or two shuttles to the main town each day instead of having to pay every time as there is no other way to reach the town except by long tail boat.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really nice. And the view of the room was beautiful.
Cons: To walk to our room was a little difficult

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to pier had everything new buy. Staff were very helpful
Cons: Everything was perfect. The safe was bit hard to understand but we got there in the end
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and proximity to the beach
Cons: The bathroom
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good if you want to stay slightly away from the party (15min) close to beach and has a section on beach for swimming in boat side. Actually preferred this beach side better as gets deeper faster, the other side you walk for ages. Had free beach chairs. Cool bamboo bar/restaurant next to it along with a convenience store, juices, massage, boat tours etc. they help take your luggage from pier and back in a trolley.
Cons: Fridge didn’t work, didn’t ask for it to be fixed though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location on the beach! Loads to do and see. Private area on the beach reserved for customers and towels at reception. Snorkelling is a must
Cons: Basic room but value for money.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Air con didn’t work properly, advertisement suggested private beach (there was no such beach), bathroom looked like an old locker room.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Only location and quiet
Cons: Room readiness, toiletries, electronic system, cleanness, room facilities.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The beds are not to bad. Is in front of a beach.
Cons: Its the last hotel in the island so to get to the city center, where the good food and shops are you need to walk longer. The shower had very low pressure. The take the word “resort” very lightly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Value for money is great, location is a bonus, near pier- 10 minutes walk but you have access to the "private beach" staff is very nice and professional, tourist information on site- you can plan your trips or ferry tickets on the spot, comfy bed
Cons: bed sheets are a bit old, def used a lot, not as sparkling clean as I would expect, duvet simply arranged between bed sheets, poor lighting on patio/ balcony
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nicest and quieter part of the island. We love it! Just a Few steps from a nice beach. Super clean and comfortable. They also offer free chairs at the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, they take your luggage to the pier for free.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: location near the beach, at the end of the busy beach front so less busy here
Cons: i know it was off season but there is basically nobody to ask anything if help is needed.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff (the lady who is on the lei beach pool bar is a total darling) Amazing room (villa with pool) where we could wake up and see the sea, and then when the pool closed we had our own pool too! Poolside pool was amazing, and the breakfast was the best that we had throughout our stay in Thailand. The secret pool is also nice! Charlie’s bar which is part of this hotel is also lovely, slightly to the left when you go out past where you would have breakfast! So many different elements to this hotel. I would 100000% recommend this to adults and couples. There was a 20 bhat charge to get into phi phi which is not stated! Monkey beach is a short kayak from the hotel (20 mins) Which had the most amazing beach! I would also recommend Cosmic restaurant which isn’t that far from the hotel! Opposite cosmic there is an exchange place which has the best rate. I would also suggest going to the viewing point! But it is 30 bhat PP (June 2019) to get in (it doesn’t tell you at the bottom)
Cons: Disappointing staff on check out, who charged us for more drinks than we had from the minibar. (Would not deter me from returning) Beds are a bit hard - but most hotel beds are.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We were close to Tonsai Pier
Cons: We booked a sea view room which looked over a concrete pit and trees - no sea view. Loud music played every night until 1 am.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: Staff was rude. Their focus is just to extract money out of the customers pocket. The toilets/bathroom was disgusting and smelly just like a open sewer hole. Not at all recommend for families. No phone in the rooms to order food or the bell boy. The food was also not worth it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Second time at phi phi princess! Just love this hotel, staff friendly, rooms clean and lovely pool with amazing views.
7.4 Good
Pros: I like that its close to the beach and the pool is nice and big.
Cons: The hotel should arrange more activities for its guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Favourite place in Thailand
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast is good with variety of foods. Pool is good. Room provided with slippers, umbrellas & beach mat which is very useful.
Cons: Everything else are good but staff attitude must be improved! We come in big group and we do not feel welcome. Staff at the reception keep on reminding us about not to destroy their facilities, not to stain on the bed, keep quiet at the reception & etc. Know that its a procedure but seriously I dont feel comfortable about the way they speak. Check like an inspector when we were checking out. I dont feel like a guest at all. Maybe they have bad impression for big group but this is not fair for us.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Fifth hotel we’d stayed at during trip to Thailand having went to Bangkok and Chiang Mai and Phuket previously. Stayed here at recommendation of a friend for location. And location was really the only positive I can give the place.
Cons: Room was beside a building site and trees hanging in over the balcony which was also filthy (and lovely if you want to get eaten alive on by mosquitos). bathroom and room basic business hotel type you’d find anywhere in Europe (which is fine - but not for the price they charge). I asked to upgrade to another room as didn’t liked the initial one and it would have cost us 10,000 Baht PER NIGHT. I think the staff had a few whiskeys before they quoted that price with a straight face. If you want somewhere nice and aren’t fussed about having to leave the mainland and go back to your resort at like 8pm (as that’s the time of the last long tail boats to your resort) then stay by the coast in a nice resort - I’m sorry we didn’t do this. Otherwise if you want to be on the mainland at night to enjoy the markets and parties then this is perfectly located - but if you’re over like 28 then I don’t think you’ll have much interest in these parties (all ages from 18-23 with hard house music).
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ideally situated for the beach, two lovely pools, one has jacuzzi, fountains and swim up bar and fabulous views overlooking the sea.. Bars and restaurants all nearby.
Cons: Couldn't fault this hotel in anyway.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was good and pool was nice
Cons: Staff quite blunt and unfriendly, had multiple issues ranging from dirty linen, uncomfortable bed, issue with a potentially spiked drink at pool party, noisy neighbours and security not getting them to be quiet from 2:30am to 5:30am. Building work and maintenance onsite meant we were woke by builders power tools each morning around 6-6:30am Asked for management on multiple occasions and was always a supervisor not the hotel manager so felt fobbed off even though we sent a lengthy email reference the problems On check in can’t use a pre paid credit card due to there not being a name printed on the card... that was annoying Upon getting in the room the room was stifling hot and full of mosquitos, splatted mosquitos on all the mirrors walls curtains bathroom etc as not been cleaned off from previous guests, pillow cases had holes in them. Harassed at the pool for not wearing our band when they had come off so we left in the room The list was long, it was expensive access to a half decent pool effectively and as such I wouldn’t recommend
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location with best pool in phi phi island
Cons: They don’t accept Amex and they don’t accep credit card at the pool bar
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice room equipped with beach towels, slipper and umbrella , nice pool.
Cons: Staff are rude, seriously need some training about customer services. No smile, wish nothing about our stay there,on the other hand keep reminding us their hotel rules and regulations. I thought we went for a holiday not army training?!! Ruined our mood! Check in very slow, requested 1000baht deposit per room, if no they need to keep a passport copy per room. Requested to deduct on my credit card but they insist they do only cash deposit. Very weird regulation. I booked 12 rooms and requested a birthday cake for my husband, they confirmed with me on booking.com messages but on the day we arrive the staff told me they will only prepare a cake for me the next day. And they pass the cake to the wrong room the next day at 5pm. Seriously? Very bad experience!

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available on request).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loving the private beach and the greens surrounding the huts. The staff was really friendly, efficient and warm. The boat transfers provided by the hotel back and forth to the main town is way cheaper (scheduled). Laundry service provided. Food is mediocre.
Cons: Hut is really small but it wasnt uncomfortable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast - the banana and chocolate pancake was very good. The mixed fruit juices were also very nice.
Cons: Although the majority of the staff were friendly, some ignored you entirely or talked to other staff members in Thai when they were waiting your table. The room was extremely hot! The fan was useful but A/C would have improved it massively. And I would have liked an ice cream/lolly which they didn't sell
6.3 Good
Pros: LOCATION - this is a great location if you want to be away from all of the hustle & bustle of the main pier. It was quiet and relaxing as the name would suggest. The bay was good for swimming in and the walk to the viewpoint was great. It was much more restricting in terms of doing activities, and eating in other restaurants for dinner. The boat service provided by the hotel cost 150 THB per trip which meant the remote location added some cost. THE STAFF - were relatively friendly and helpful. They spoke good English. THE FACILITIES - the bungalows were very cute and the seats on the beach were great for reading etc.
Cons: THE WIFI - the WiFi connection was very poor. We couldn't get any service from our room. NO AIR-CON - we were not expecting air con, however feel that the rooms would really benefit from this or a better fan PAYMENT - we paid for our room in advance via a booking.com credit card charge. When we went to check out we had to pay for food & drinks, activities, and boat rides. We were also charged again for our room. When we queried this, the staff insisted payment had not been received. We had no WiFi or cell service so we were not able to check and confirm on our credit card statement that we had already paid. No receipt was provided despite being asked. Subsequent attempts to contact the property and get refunded for this double payment have not yet had a response. A lot of this is on us for not being fully aware of what we had paid in advance however I would not stay here again for this reason alone. FOOD - most of the food at the restaurant was pretty good, although noodles were always under-cooked in meals like Pad Thai
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else. It was such a beautiful and serene place to stay, if you want to totally relax for a few days stay here.
Cons: The restaurant was a bit overpriced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Relax Phi Phi Resort Hotel is just an amazing place for Thailand experience! Staff was super friendly, restaurant is on the beach with good food and good prices. Accommodation is in wooden houses, but that’s what we wanted from to experience so we just loved it. The beach is beautiful, not really good for swimming and lots of stones in it, but we rented kayaks and 10mins to the left and amazing beach for swimming there. Massages were the best, comfortable, literally at the beach. If you’d like to go the 5 star hotel, this is not for you, but for an amazing experience where you can spend all day in a swimwear in a beautiful beach, relaxing, it’s perfect. Will definately come back! Thank you!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Oasis of peace and beauty. Wonderful beach, beach views and natural landscape abounds. The sea - warm and clear and beautifully coloured. Staff at Relax, caring and considerate. Superb value for money. Beware the monkeys
Cons: Almost 100% perfect apart from the noise of the numerous boats at Coral Beach!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Pros: Away from the crowd, if you prefer that. Restaurant staff was accommodating.
Cons: Cons: Expensive for what you pay for. Stayed only one night. If you check-in/out or just want to go Tonsai port, you have to pay 150baht every time. We checked in at Vikings Resort and they offered free Tonsai ride upon check-in/out. Really slow or nonworking wifi in the room. Lights in the room were pretty dim too. The kicker was their beach, it was practically non-swimmable if you just want to take a dip. We understood it was in a marine park but based on the photos here, we expected some sort of swimming spots without stepping on corals. Deceiving, to say the least.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely wonderful. I loved every part of our stay here. This is pure heaven. I will certainly be back and will recommend it to my friends in Bkk.
Cons: When we were given a catapult and ammunition we should have had an inkling about this particular experience on the paradise island of Phi Phi. But, each armed only with a litre bottle of water, we made our way to the viewing point. If it wasn’t steep enough to activate all cardio vascular exercise for the entire vacation, half way up we were confronted by two cheeky ( understatement) monkeys and their little offspring frolicking in the background. No amount of screaming, shouting or remonstrating with water bottles was enough to satiate their desire to have our legs for breakfast. They were not letting us pass and they snarled at us with their yellow jagged teeth and goaded us by moving closer each time we tried to get them to move! If walking the almost vertically steep path upwards was arduous, to run back down the same path followed by 2 rabid monkeys was almost fun! Once down, staff in our ‘relax’ hotel armed us with aforementioned catapult and advised us to take sticks with which to beat the monkeys. So armed, and with the added protection of a straw broom, we attempted this dangerous feat once more! But met by 2 couples who between them had seen at least 15 monkeys ‘we were surrounded by 7 of them’ we decided to return and settle for the beautiful beach overlooking the Andaman sea....
6.3 Good
Pros: The view of the room was amazing. The beach water is very clear and hot.
Cons: Staff is super rude. They make fun of clients in front of them speaking in their own language. When you travel and spend time and money to come here you want to be treated in a nice way. I would not recommend this hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: It has a beautiful beach with a small coral reef. The staff were lovely.
Cons: It is very isolated and far from town. There is little to do, for a couple days stay it is alright, for longer stays will be quite hard unless you can lay on a beach for hours on end or you want to spend on day trips. The restaurant is expensive for the quality of the food.
6.0 Good
Pros: Food, sea, relax
Cons: Only electricity from 6pm to 6 am mosquitos
6.7 Good
Pros: What a perfect location and what a perfect atmoshpere. The best beach on ko phi phi don.... amazing
Cons: The shower has cold water. Also the mobility on the islands is not so great but you can also put this on positive side because if you like to be in a relaxed beach resort not in the party part of the island this is the place to be.
5.3 Okay
Pros: The location was amazing
Cons: There was no hot water
6.0 Good
Pros: Location - closed area, beach. Trips organized by the hotel are more expensive than in the island center, but very ok. Restaurant also good, even though expensive compared to places in island center.
Cons: No hot shower.
6.0 Good
Pros: I liked that we were directly facing the beach and Relax guests were the only one using it. I also liked the little bungalow we stayed in and the balcony we had.
Cons: Everything was good however it is quite far from the main town - either a 30 min long boat ride or 60 min walk through the jungle! It rained the whole time we were there, boat trips to Phi Phi Leh were off and it was too slippery to go for a walk into the town
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. If you like the beach and wants to stay the whole day in one place this might suit you.
Cons: Few things!! Transfer from Tonsai pier costs THB150 which is not clearly mentioned in the hotel description. There is no other way (except walking through the bush for 1 hour) to get to this hotel other than taking a boat. Everytime you need to go the centre it costs THB150 if you take the hotel boat or you can get a taxi boat which can cost a bit. When we got there my credit card was charged and they have done the currency conversion. This means the THB is converted to AUD by the Thai bank instead of my credit card issuer. This is not ideal as the conversion rate is low (please ask your bank if any doubts). When I asked the lady about that she was repeatedly saying that was not the case. Had a difficult time sorting it out!!!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Phi Phi Inn has a very nice looking reception area. The staff is nice, although we didn’t interact with them much. Room is nice and clean. Good aircon. Amazing location just a few steps away from the beach.
Cons: There were some holes in the bedding and the bathroom could have a better layout as it was impossible to shower without making the toilet seat wet. The containers for shower gel and cream are falling apart. Was a bit loud during the night. Overall no major problems, would recommend it for a few nights stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything. The owner is very accomodating.
Cons: I saw one cockroach and 1 small spider.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is good. Beds are comfortable and ac works properly.
Cons: No hot water. The water from the sink is brown. The receptionist doesn’t speak English so I was not able to communicate with her to see if the breakfast was included or to get a towel beach.

Pros: Staff was amazing and the Space between cabins was relaxing, See view from the balcony was very nice and the Breakfest was very nice!
Cons: The pool has a view but the area is on the small side, The beach tanning area is the same! If the could make that area better it would be nice!

Pros: we were upgraded to villa for free, amazing views, reef during the afternoon on private hotel beach, it was totally relaxing time, good breakfast, fire show on the beach
Cons: far to swimming pool, beach, restaurant (but there is a bus), sometimes wifi was poor, no cash machine so when our cash was over we have to eat in hotel restaurant which was expensive but had amazing view and good meals, no playgrounds for children, in the middle of the day other excursions were comming to this hotel for lunch so it becommes crowded for few hours

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and big. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a pool side room and the views were incredible! Not to mention the monkeys that live in the Cliff that the hotel is build on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
6.8 Good
Pros: The view from the room was excellent as was the room décor. The infinity pool was great.
Cons: Breakfast was below average. Small range and no Bacon (Only Chicken Bacon?) Breakfast area was a bit smelly (animal urine) which was a turn off. The monkey problem meant that we tended to keep our balcony doors closed and were always on the alert for Monkeys. There was no access to satellite tv. TV stations available were local in local language. Staff were unable to help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room with pool access , and the amazing view
Cons: Breakfast very very poor
5.5 Okay
Pros: Loved the quieter location down the end of a quiet beach and 10 mins walk to Tonsai pier. The men who took our luggage to and from the pier were very helpful and friendly. The pool access room No. 3001(twin) and 3002(double) were in our opinion the best rooms there. We stayed in 3001 as we couldn't get a double and this corner twin room had a magnificent view with windows both sides. The view really was the best thing about this hotel, right on the beach and next to a fab restaurant called Mama's with delicious food and well priced right on the beach. The men who tried to fix the aircon and spent around 5 hours working it out were lovely and tried hard to help. The breakfast was good, nice muesli and yogurt, some fresh fruit and you could opt for fried or scrambled eggs to be cooked for your taste at breakfast.
Cons: I'm not usually one to write such a long negative review, but hope this feedback is helpful and might make a difference. One big thing that impacted our stay was the staff on the front desk not being able to understand English, but saying that they do. We had a few maintenance issues that could have been easily resolved, but communication was difficult and eventually I suggested we use google translate to communicate. I would suggest that all staff use google translate on a device to communicate with guests as you can't ask a question about anything, which is a problem when nearly all the clientele are english speaking. Ferry info, hiring kayaks, and getting help was so hard. And they weren't overly keen to help and work it out anyway. Our aircon kept cutting out during the night, so we couldn't sleep for the heat and kept turning it back on only to have it cut out again. I reported this three times before i was able to talk directly via google translate with the aircon technicians. Lack of sleep had a huge impact on our comfort and this could have been sorted much earlier. I reported our overflowing drain three times, and this was never fixed so the water from the shower was almost flooding the bathroom. I reported this on leaving, so the next guests would be ok. The lift would never close, so it kept closing and opening so we ended up using the stairs to the 3rd floor every day. I noticed that floor 4 and 5 were vacant of guests and wondered if the hotel might be conducting maintenance, which it clearly could do with. We also noticed that the hotel bookings showed it was fully booked so was deliberately not at full capacity. This was obviously a really nice hotel in it's day, and could be again. The location is superb and the rooms are massive. There's a kitchen with many empty cupboards and only a microwave and a few plates to use here. So not that useful apart from having a fridge.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good sized rooms, and comfortable beds. Nice and clean pool. Location was peaceful away from the main Phi Phi town centre. Friendly and helpful staff at reception who will advise you on the tours and attractions best for your group.
Cons: Spread of breakfast could have been a bit more, and labels on some Thai food would have been helpful. Rooms on the balcony would be nice to have lights outside. There are also some monkeys who are quite brave, and went into our room to steal our snacks.
7.5 Good
Pros: Large room, comfortable and spacious.
Cons: We had a beach front room and would have liked if there was more privacy as when tours came to the beach front early in the day they were right at our window. Once they were gone later in the day it was ok.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Ac continued to fail. They did s bait and switch on the upgraded room. Had to get the manager involved
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The sea view room with pool access was perfect! It had everything. Would love to come back again.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The view from the hotel was nice but the beach was very narrow and the hotel hostel dozens of tour boats for lunch, so between 11 and 3 pm the beach was so crowded that we left to other beaches
Cons: We got a room with holes in the wall and bad smell coming from the bathroom. After much insistence they switched the room for something slightly better. breakfast was average at best, the hotel is kind of far from downtown and the staff is not friendly. The water from the showers switched from very cold to very hot within seconds, so we ended showering with cold water. Overall a very bad stay. I question how the average ratings are so high for this hotel, someone should check the feedback to ensure they were real guests

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bungalow was comfortable and close to the beach. Lovely pool and gym. Breakfast was amazing
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: we planned on booking online upon arrival ( so we could view the rooms first). Upon arrival there were 3 employees at the front desk. I inquired about the room price and they were quick to say there were no rooms available. I explained that The website showed availability. After 3 minutes of arguing, they finally realized I was going to book online. At this time they tried to get me to pay cash at a higher rate so they could pocket some extra. WIFI WAS UNUSABLE. After contacting the front desk with the problem, they simply dismissed my claim. In order for room to be cleaned, we needed to visit reception to make a special request despite the " please clean room" sign on our door the entire time. Shower was disgusting with an awful smell that overwhelmed the entire room! The only good experience we had at this hotel was checking out. Don't let the photos fool you and don't waste your time here. There are a considerable amount of hotels available at the same price which offer a much much better guest experience.
4.3 Okay
Pros: pool
Cons: Not worth for money...very unfriendly staff...limited breakfast options...rooms interior very basic...pipeline leaking in washroom...washroom basic,no interior...Not even 1hr extension for checkout
7.0 Good
Pros: Beach was the nicest by this resort.
Cons: Lots of bugs compared to other resort we stayed at on the island. And first resort we stayed out that we didn’t get fresh sheets the next day.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We have had a great stay. Hygiëne, customer service and facilities make it easy to relax and unwind. Good price for quality and we would reccommend this to other travelers.
Cons: Both points relate to the bathroom. The temprature in the shower can't be adjusted which is a bit odd. Also the washing basin was loose which almost made me fall over when leaning on it.
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool is very nice and the music they play is very relaxing. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. They were also very helpful getting us the best trip to get to know the islands.
Cons: The toilets in the rooms are soso. I missed dumbbells at the gym and a better maintenance of the machines.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, about 10 minutes walk from the pier. Plenty of longtail boats that'll take you to beautiful snorkeling and swimming spots. Amazing view right from our doorstep. Few steps to the beach, mart and restaurant. Lovely staff who are always ready to help. Nice breakfast, not too much nor too little. Fusion selection of western and oriental. Medium sized pool to laze by or swim in. Relaxing environment, comfortable beds and good bathroom. Wonderful vacay spot, I'll surely recommend it and go back again. Ping pong table and gym available just in case you need the extra workout.
Cons: Everthing was perfect, a beach lounging area would given the resort a sweet touch. A little bit further to the center of the island where everything is located at, but not an issue for us since we love to walk.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location and facilities
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: That it had a small beach People were nice.
Cons: If you have any trouble walking, i.e., disability or bad knees forget it here u must walk 15-20 minutes on streets to get to resort. No where does it mention no cars or carts to help people. Had to get ambulance to take me to resort. What a nightmare. Beds are hard as rocks, hardly any water pressure , small beach no chairs. What a joke!!!!!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, right next to white sandy beach. Staff couldn’t do enough for you! On arrival, flannel and iced tea which refreshing.
Cons: Toilet flushing and shower had hole on roof, made me and partner a little paranoid that some one would climb through, though very unlikely as it is high up!

6.8 Good
Pros: The location of the, on Long Beach, is very good. It's rather quiet and it's definitely the nicest beach. To the City, where you'll find shops and restaurants, it's only a 30 min walk.
Cons: The Hotel staff didn't show very much interest to make us feel welcome. No "how was your stay?" or things like that. The quality as well as the service at the hotel restaurant is also very poor (pancakes are from the box. Rice and potatoes in curry were old)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely the most perfect location on Phi Phi at Beautiful Long Beach. Most of the other places on Long Beach were quite run down but Paradise Pearls Had beautiful gardens and the cabins were lovely. Our bathroom could use a repaint but apart from that, perfect. The breakfasts were sensational
Cons: Only that we booked a boat trip and weren't told we would need to make our own way back from Tonsai, a genuine mistake.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: We spent 6 nights here. The place is on a beautiful secluded beach which is very clean. We stayed in Q2 and the bedroom was big with a really nice balcony. The view from there was magnificent . The restaurant is right by the beach and they had good dishes . The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a couple of great massages which were in a beautiful setting. There are long boats that can take you into town but we walked in there almost every day. About 30 minutes a long the coast which was really nice . The highlight for my grandkids was that we saw monkeys on the property and above in the forest. We swam a lot and the water was glorious.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Bathroom light didn’t work, only reason for slight reduction in score!
Cons: I would have liked to stay in Thailand longer, but I have to go back home for work etc!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: On the nicest beach and so lovely
Cons: Had to walk a while and on a difficult trail to town
6.8 Good
Pros: Like the ambience of the hotel
Cons: It will be a bad way to hotel when the weather is bad . And is not friendly to elderly who stay there .. ferry from pier to hotel
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was really nice
Cons: Bedrooms look more beautyful in the pictures. The location of the hotel is far from the centet of the island where you can enjoy having good meals, make Shopping, have good deal with boatmen. You can see how rusty are the pipes of the toilet, break fast isn't good enough...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location on beach, good size rooms, good restaurant
Cons: Rooms a bit dated, washroom could use update
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I travelled with my husband and 16 months baby. Location was great, the beach is beautiful and you don´t get to see from there the town which is a good thing, instead you have a beautiful view to other island where Maya bay is. We stayed in the King room which was huge and comfortable. It didn´t have the extra sofa/bed that appears in the pictures. From there it´s a 20 min enjoyable walk to town. We went one afternoon to the town to have dinner and came back at 11 pm on a taxi boat. From the hotel you can get also walking to Loh Moo Dee beach on the other side that was very enjoyable for our toddler. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely have stayed longer if we knew we would have such a great time. We recommend visiting Pileh Lagoon, sightseeing is stunning, those places that stay in your memory for ever. We didn´t had much time to do other boat trips, as we were travelling with the baby we stayed most time in our beach which is beautiful. The restaurant is placed on the beach and is just blessing to have breakfast in that incredible natural atmosphere.
Cons: Staff could be more friendly The taxi boats make so much noise when they pass by.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, always greeting us and trying to help us.. The staff who picked us up in the Pier and took us with the long boat to the resort were also very helpful and took our bags without any hesitation. They helped us reach to the resort with a smile on their faces. When we had a leaking problem in the toilet and a light that wasn't working very well they took less than a minute to fix it. The breakfast included a wide range of options and the prices for lunch and dinner weren't very expensive. Affordable for being in that island and also with the views of one of the best beaches of the island, Long Beach. I'd definetely recommend the place cause we also had TV & Internet.
Cons: I would have loved a different access to the beach but that's nothing related only to the resort, it's more an Island Improvement. We came on a low tide and rainny day so the long boat couldn't reach to our resort itself so we had to stop in a different place and walk from there. The excursion was a bit hard for my 60 y.o. mum basically because she wasn't prepared for that mentally and with the clothes and we didn't know what to expect. We dind't read much about it before hand. But we are very happy of the whole experience.
6.8 Good
Cons: no Transport facility . the hotel demand the money .
5.5 Okay
Pros: Views were the main point why we decided to stay here
Cons: Showers were in severely poor conditions and there wasn’t even warm water. There is no pool available.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of beach is private. Very nice and clean. I loved it very much. The long tail boat transfer service from the pier to the resort is very good and free. Very friendly staff, enthusiastic, helpful
Cons: I appreciate the dedicated service and help of resort staff except receptionists. they give you enough information about the room you have booked and do not get any help if you want to know more and rarely to see them smile, almost very seriously. Very beautiful and private beach, the sea in absolute! But there is a minus point about it that there is no one bar or restaurant open as well as no one entertainment service there. very sad about the evening
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is wonderful. It is near the beach. And masseuses is very successful.
Cons: We stayed in back room. We heard a lot of animal voice we predict to be frog.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You really feel yourself in paradise. The resort is just on the beach as well as the restaurant in front of a crystal clear ocean water and a white beach. Really aprreciated the free pick up/drop by to the pier at arrival/departur (the resort also sent me an email to ask by which ferry I should have arrived). For the evening if you wish it needs 20 minutes walking to the crazy Tonsai or 100 bath day/150 at night by longtail boat. We had a full day tour around the Island which was fantstic, I really suggest it.
Cons: There are no beach chaisr in front of the resort. Understand because of the tide, but it timetable is well known and the nearby resorts have
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The staff were not kind to us, they laugh at our noses and take as for fools. If the receptionist didn’t want to answer something she just ignored I was there. They didn’t pick up us from the port and then wanted to charge us for the boat when we did the check our, supposed was free. The place is full with cats, which sleep at your door, the restaurant was pretty dirty and the staff in it where not properly trained. They didn’t pick our meals when we ate dinner, they just left when they had to close and the cats where all over our plates. It is difficult to get there, I got my foot injured and they wouldn’t take me on a boat to town. The prices of the restaurant are much better in town, and the plates where pretty not enough to get full. Terrible staff. Too high price for the service they provide. At least they could have been polite, but even that wasn’t possible.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room in which we stayed was HUGE. It had a massive bed surrounded by loads of space, plus a whole other room with sofa, mini fridge, TV, cupboard and desk which was very roomy too. The entire front of the room was glass which looked out onto the water and to Phi Phi Leh. The glass doors in front of the bed opened onto a balcony. Waking up to that view was absolutely incredible. Long Beach moments away, an amazing restaurant is a couple of minutes walk, and there are a few other restaurants and convenience stores, and ATMs too. It was really quiet so we had plenty of sleep. Really amazing place to stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location perfect for families Located right on Long Beach, which is beautiful, peaceful, and uncrowded Our room was bright, clean, and had a stunning view of the sea (but not all do)
Cons: Restaurant staff were miserable, so we ate elsewhere.

7.0 Good
Pros: The pool was great and the hotel is also in a good location. It is about an 5 minute walk into the main bar / restaurant section, but we really enjoyed being a little further away. The beach is a 1 minute walk so you can easily choose beach or pool. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The facilities are outdated...especially the bathroom. We stayed in a bungalow and it could definitely do with a freshen up. They are also currently building on-site and although this did not affect us too much if you were placed in a room close by, it wouldn’t be pleasant.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Building works by our room and swimming pool very loud and disturbing. Room not very clean, stains on walls. Breakfast awful will little option. Very disappointed. We had to move hotels.
6.8 Good
Cons: Water quality and pressure in the shower Distance from center
6.3 Good
Pros: Excellent service from Staff, we were picked up from the pier and someone brought our bags to the hotel free of charge as there is no cars on the island so he wheeled them up, the pool was clean and had plenty of loungers and they provided free beach towels-you can walk straight onto the beach from the hotel
Cons: There was a lot of cats in around the property, large stairs up to the room and no Lifts so not very practical for people traveling with large luggage, it's a good 15 minute walk from the night life which may suit some people, also the shower was extremely weak and the water coming from it was salty
5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfy beds, staff collected us from the pier
Cons: Very noisy, water from rain dropped through ceiling, lizards cockroaches and other bugs often in the room, shower was a trickle that was either freezing cold or scalding hot, location quite far from main area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. I could walk to everywhere in just a few min. To all the shops and restaurants on the town to the long beach on the other side. The staff was lovely. Always ready to help and with a big smile. The room was really comfortable. And the breakfast was perfect. Had everything you could ever want. I would stay here again for sure.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good quiet location away from the nightlife. Friendly staff.
Cons: Construction not mentioned when booking. Aircon died on second day.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: midday tourist boats arriving to the beach, local school playing loud music all day long
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff efficient, check in and out fast, speaks quite good English
Cons: We supposed to stay in new building on 1st floor but it was too far from the pool and no elevator so we changed to family bungalow. It was located in front of the pool , big room and able to accommodate 5 people . The downside was the bathroom was very small , the water brownish and very old bathtub. ( don’t think everyone will use this ) . Takes 15 min walk from the pier and to the Center which is unbearable in the heat . We checked out 2 days early than we planned .
5.8 Okay
Pros: Lovely beach location with pool
Cons: Rooms were dated and bathrooms were very poor Breakfast was terrible

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: After the air con blowing up and wanting to speak to the owner regarding numerous different issues it became clear that booking.com had no emergency contact details for this property which is illegal. After trying countless times it became apparent, by the aggressive communication, that they were not going to give me any contact details for the owner, back in the U.K - very dodgy management. I had to find somewhere else to stay due the lack of safety of this property.
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Too many stairs. It wasn't easy to access, unless you are very fit/healthy. The rooms were a little older than the photos and the walls were very thin. You could hear other guests easily. There was no view!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, good wifi, own balcony for every room, more quiet location. All in all good value for money. :)
Cons: Not close to the patong beach, but perfect for some relaxing days.
6.8 Good
Pros: The view was nice. And the staff was helpful. There was a problem that took forever to resolve and we got free breakfast out of it.
Cons: The steps were insane...

Cons: Lots of mosquitoes and bed bugs
7.0 Good
Pros: view
Cons: location it was great view but stairs OMG we had to too high with kids i wont stay with little ones but the like i say view comes after hardest climb
5.5 Okay
Pros: The view was great, located just under view point 1. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: While the view is nice, the walk is quite far and steep so trips down to the beach are done less frequently. The bed was ROCK hard, bathroom had very little light, the sink didn’t drain well and the faucets weren’t attached very well to the walls. Overall the bathroom needs improvement with small things such as caulking and better installation. The British travellers staying in the house behind us were quite loud until 5am despite the hotel rules detailing quiet hours from 11pm onwards. Would be great to have hotel staff enforce that as we didn’t really get any sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views from our room - definitely worth the climb. Staff were lovely and very helpful - we were collected from the pier and our bags were brought to the hotel. Our electricity went one morning and the staff resolved it ASAP. Our room was basic but lovely and clean.
Cons: There were some ants in our room on our first night but nothing major. The climb is quite difficult in the mid day heat but is totally manageable and so worth it.
