Pros: "The departure & arrival time. A fantastic price that included an excellent meal there and back, 30k luggage quota, entertainment that lasted throughout the duration of the flight. It just seemed seamless and felt like it didn't take that long to get there. I will definitely be catching this flight, every time I return to NZ"

Cons: "My meal was awful the only option for me was raw vegetables in order to have vegetarian and gluten free... It was carrot, cucumber and celery sticks and some fruit. I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."

Plane was two hours late with no explanation or communication. I did not expect such a poor level of service and it my worst experience with emerits."

I didn't want to move from my seat as the person beside looked busy at work and I didn't know where I would go because I couldn't see any flight attendants anywhere."

Pros: "The plane was wonderful. Even in Economy, the seats were very comfortable with lots of room, both leg and seat. It felt like I was in Business Class of any other airline I've been on."

Pros: "The whole flight experience was awesome. Top staff, plane, etc. airline food is not always very good, but Emirate has some of the best. I never feel like I am second rate. Treated as good as business on USA domestic. Long layover includes meal voucher. USA domestic would never do that. It is amazing that this airline can provide top service at the same cost as USA airlines and not whine about losing money."
Cons: "Not Emirates fault, but Dubai airport is not the best for a long layover. You are forced to use the hotel if you want to rest, or the floor."

Pros: "Emirates was the referrer only. The flight was a Qantas flight hence same as any other Qantas flight. The fish dinner choice was over cooked."
Cons: "I like the luggage allowance-- more realistic than other airlines. The attendants were attentive but perhaps a little overdone on the fake smiles except for the main attendant who had the stressed/more straight-faced look for some strange reason. i probably should have been more tuned into the mechanical visual entertainment on board instead. Got to watch two movies which was great!"
