Pros: In The Austria my flight was terrible couse the official people didn’t help me I was with my baby I needed help for stroller for suitcase or something else just the guys watched me with they sad face , they didn’t was nice with me !!!

Cons: Not a lot of legroom in my Premium Economy seat (10C). Seat itself just OK, the high price isn't justified. This flight is usually about one hour late and it was.

Cons: We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

Pros: Crew was good. Flight was delayed because the crew was caught in traffic. Should have a rule in place that all crew are at the airport 2 or 3 hours before the flight is to leave.

Cons: The flight was good. Landing at the airport expect 2 hours through customs getting into the airport. Since you have to take a bus when you exit the plane.

Pros: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.

Cons: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.

Cons: This was my worst experience on any Lufthansa flights. Worst ever!

Cons: Overly strict on luggage size and weight. I’m talking about 0.1 kg difference. I was attempted twice to check the only small case I have, which is an exact fit to Lufthansa standard. Very annoying. Won’t fly LH again. British Airways is a lot better.

Cons: Because of bad logistics, the flight from CDG to FRA was delayed and therefore i missed my connection to AUS. Lufthansa personnel could have helped me make the second flight but didn't bother. I was rebooked on another flight through IAH which defeats the purpose of choosing a direct flight.

Cons: Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!

Pros: The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

Cons: Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.
