The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

Pros: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Pros: "The crew was attentive and polite. The flights were on time, and the entertainment options were good. The Doha airport is quite nice, with many eating and retail options. although everything is very expensive, even by airport standards."
Cons: "My wife and I personally don't mind a selection that leans heavily toward Indian food, but I imagine others will not. The main courses were mediocre and the "sandwich" offered between meals on the 13+ hour flight was cold, soggy and inedible. The seats on our A350 were hard and not very comfortable, and the recline function was difficult to operate. Security at the Doha airport was confusing. We had to go through 3 separate checkpoints for our transfer, each with different rules and procedures. The final check at our departure gate was the worst, with impatient officials giving hurried instructions in heavily-accented English, and scolding if passengers didn't understand. I was sent back through a second time to remove my camera from the bag (and to be scolded by the agent), and was patted down a second time coming back through the x-ray, which had green-lighted me both times. It made me wonder if this was a reaction to the extra scrutiny that Arab passengers receive from our airport security in the USA."

Pros: "Philadelphia-Doha was excellent and noticeably better than Doha-Bangkok. ood, service, condition of aircraft were all better in the PHL-Doha leg. I have done the trip a few times now so it is not a fluke. Odd that the Doha food (and I usually get the local dishes) is very so-so. I usually only take a bite or two. Not appetizing. The Doha-BKK staff was less professional as well. The trays of the main meal were left with the passengers so long, we passengers started to bring our own trays to the galley. The plane out of Doha was very tight so passengers in economy have that sardine experience. The cup holders did not work although they would have been useful."

Cons: "Due to a misunderstanding at check-in we have been seated away from a baby bassinette (although booked) to sit together with my husband, nobody asked what my preference would be (sitting as a whole family or having a bassinette) and a 17-hour flight with a 9month old baby constantly on my lap was challenging. Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

I slept In the airport like a homeless person just to be shuttled around turkey afterwards in search of a hotel, and I say search because the shuttle that was provided went to 2 different hotels before we got to the one I'm in now. I'm disgusted, and afraid I won't even get a flight out of here."

I'm not sure how old it was, but there were ashtrays affixed to the doors of the bathrooms. It departed and arrived close to an hour late. There were also a number of hyper social passengers onboard who gathered in the aisle or near the exit doors drinking liberally and socializing loudly. While the excellent flight crew tried to manage them, they were undeterred. Food was mediocre. My entertainment screen didn't work, the passenger in front of me fully reclined their seat prior to takeoff (during the delay) and didn't return it to upright until moments before landing. All and all an unpleasant journey."

Cons: "My luggage arrived 3 days after I did. Communication between baggage delivery service and BA baggage reps terrible. BA baggage reps never told delivery service the hotel room I was at was registered under another name. BA baggage reps gave me miss information each time I spoke with them."
Pros: "boarding was good,flights were on time."
Cons: "if flight is packed, they need extra staff? were impatient on services,may not their fault? airline may figure out?"
Pros: "We had ONE customer service rep in Heathrow who was incredibly helpful and tried to help get us home. She was wonderful."
Cons: "Their delayed flight from Milan to London caused us to miss our flight from London to NY, and thus our flight from NY to Denver, which was standby. When we explained how difficult it would be to catch another flight to Denver from NY with it being the weekend, and attempting to get a flight to another airport with higher chances of getting us home, their customer service rep informed us that as long as they 'fulfilled their contract' to get us to NY, it wasn't really their problem how we got home (or couldn't get home) after that."
Pros: "Great service and helpful staff Coffee was fresh filter coffee"
Pros: "Staff was very professional and pleasant."
Cons: "There was no entertainment on this flight. I did not see any plugs to charge my phone and I don't think I had wifi."

Cons: "We missed this flight due to Kayak's failure to get us on any other flights to Chicago after our original one was cancelled."

Cons: "The lady at check in was the most rude customer service I have ever had. There was confusion with flights and I was trying to check in well before time and she said no it's too late and walked off. I then saw her later at 8:50 (my flight was at 9:25) I said excuse me that was my flight and she goes I'm busy trying to fuel and stormed off. The ladies at the airport tried to help me. So now I have to wait over night at the aiport for 17 hours because the check out lady wouldn't give me 1 minute to speak to her well before check in would've been closed because she was too busy in a hurry and extremely rude!"
Pros: "Bording was quick"
Cons: "Crew was serious, absolutely not happy to smile Genuine smile is really appreciated whenmeeting custimers. Food trolley/ drinks came to customers and before we could react it was gone. When we asked them back they were not very happy looking . Seats we not comfortable."
Pros: "The flight left on time even though full flight and we had to take a bus to the airplane. Bologna has a separate baggage and ticket check line at the back of the executive lounge. Quick and effective."
Cons: "Everything seemed to go smoothly so no negative comments."

AND HAD TO STAY IN LONDON...LASTLY,I HAD UPGRADED MY SEATS TO MAKE MAKES WIFE'S FIRST OVERSEAS TRIP COMFORTABLE....WE WERE SEATED IN BACK OF PLANE...WILL REQUEST MY SEAT MONEY FOR ROUND TRIP BACK..."

Cons: "Have been sick for 5 days from plane sickness/vertigo. The turbulence was awful."
Pros: "After my last experience with WOW from Baltimore to Amsterdam, which was easily my worst flying experience, British Airways was just the opposite. On time, comfortable seats, polite and very helpful flight attendants, and I did not have to pay 2 Euros just for a glass of water. I will fly British Airways again."
Cons: "Special meal ordered was not available"
Pros: "This was an overall great experience. The crew was helpful and friendly and the in flight entertainment options were awesome."
Cons: "We boarded an hour late and no warning or explanation was given in the terminal. Luckily I knew this was going to happen because I had downloaded the app."
