Pros: "Crews were great. Seats space could be better ... overall caring & attentiveness of crew members make a lot of difference."
Cons: "Food! 40 years ago Singapore Airlines was second to none in my book! Now I feel like I was away somewhere and Singapore Airlines has changed dramatically....Must be a lot of moving pieces have changed that I was wondering again during my journey whether I was really flying Singapore Airlines..."

Pros: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."

Cons: "We had to go through security after coming in from international and I went through a biometric scanner which I’ve done 100’s of Times I was very unnecessarily felt up for 10 minutes. I had shorts and a T-shirt on, and was pretty sure after the 1st round of groping that there was nothing there"
Pros: "Everything from booking, online check-in, self printing of Boarding Pass, BIz Class lounge, Flight. Flight too short (KL to SG) for me to eat and enjoy the inflight entertainment."
Cons: "Ran out of options for dinner and could not eat the macaroni cheese they had on offer, so got 2 small packets of nuts instead...international flight running out of food options? Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

IFE was a huge screen with great programming. it looked like.a 16 or 18” screen. meal service was above average and wine selection was strong. featuring both old world and new."

Cons: "We had to climb up stairs to get on the plane. There were elderly travelers who struggled to carry their hand luggage. No help was offered This needs to be remedied. Food also was not too palatable. Could be better Difficult to understand English of the announcements. Also when delayed in landing no announcements made br the captain though we were hovering in the air for 45 mins."

I enjoy traveling with Malaysia Airlines. The Asian food they serve is pretty good and the red wine was also good. They did run out of beer and only did a couple of water rounds during the flight but the staff were very friendly.
