Cons: "The seat I reserved paying additional dollars to have no one in front of me is bad. The table has little stability and the space that one acquires to stretch the legs is dangerously occupied by food carts that pass very close. The seats are tight. And the great kindness of the crew succumbs to the bad Argentine behavior of occupying the empty seats. On the flight back to Bs.As. many overweight people were overcrowded by the bad luck they had when buying their tickets, however, thin people, who did not pay for better places, were located in an empty seat where, usually, they go familiar with babies and traveled peacefully in a place that did NOT correspond. We all understand that the spaces are small but they should take better care of the passengers and, by common sense, if there are free seats, offer them to those who for physical reasons and their full rows are uncomfortable throughout the trip which, in itself, is very long . I suggest that you put options of Latin Spanish doblabas movies on the flights you make from Buenos Aires to Auckland. FLY NZ30 on February 28 th"

Cons: "The airlines cancelled my flights back to the USA and the connecting flight. It was horrible customer service when I spoke to British Airways at the counter. Lady in TXL yelled at me to leave her desk and to call Air New Zealand. Air NZ said they cancelled flights then Flyus.com said to deal with Air New Zealand and said my flights got cancelled and that they could not get me another flight. I had to find out how to get out of Berlin. I had to fly to Spain to my cousin’s home because I haf no where to go and did not have money to pay for another flight from Berlin to LAX 1,200 euros. I am still in Europe stuck and it is Monday 4/30. My son needs me in Los Angeles! I will never use Kayak again. What happened to my $878 dollars????"

These are not obvious . There needs to be a staff member or two checking people as they arrive in a line to check they're in the correct t line . Otherwise people don't trailer until they have been in the wrong line until the reach the top of the line . Leads to frustration even before the flight begins! Otherwise great job everyone ! Cons: "Booked through Kayak with what I thought was an equivalent Expedia ticket but was horrible surprised when I checked-in. Two other fellow travelers booked flight VA 7516 through Expedia for $218 (USD) one-way. I was able to open the same flight / departure time / price with Expedia but could not book. I then switched to Kayak and located this same flight (as I wanted to travel together with them), and it was for approximately same price. Upon check-in I was told it would cost $120 to check my luggage in (which I reluctantly paid). They indicated my ticket did not include this. I later discussed this with my two travelers and their check-in luggage plus a meal were included with their Expedia (Virgin Australia) ticket. Why was my Kayak (Virgin Australia) ticket so different from Expedia when our bookings were done about the same time? I no longer trust Kayak for future bookings."

The entertainment was extensive keeping anybody busy for a long flight and the menu was broad enough and good quality. This is the way all flights should be!"

I really wish the other three crews could have kept this momentum going as my other flights with ANZ were less than thrilling! The flight attendant staff was phenomenal on my iah to akl leg. My crew on the akl to iah leg. Brandon gave the initial intro and seemed to follow the original crews standards. Unfortunately, we had an older flight attendant who seemed less than thrilled to be with us this flight."

MY travel plans were canceled and l tried thru KAYAK and Quantas to cancel this flight and was not able to confirm cancelation but still received flight boarding. l tried to get refunded thru Kayak and that has been horrible long unreasolved task now l am trying to go thru Credit card. with this Covid changing world, airlines and travel companies should be refundable especially since this is a Australian airlines. l am about to lose $1000.00.

Had to wait on plane while airbridge was brought to the plane so everyone could disembark - “they weren’t expecting the flight!!” Whole flight still waiting for luggage after 55 minutes of standing at carousel and only after 55 minutes an announcement to say handlers are tending to a departure and we have to wait another 10 minutes - a whole hour for luggage - take carry on only next time!!!! 4 flights collecting luggage from the one carousel!!"

Cons: "I had a flight Auckland-London, booked through Emirates but operated by Qantas. The flight got to London with a delay of 2 hours 20 min, because they made us wait 2 hours 20 min more than planned in Dubai, where incidentally all the other Emirates flights had no delay, only our Qantas one. This made me lose my next flight (to Luxembourg) and have to pay for a new flight and stay that night in London. Since I had booked them separately, no one helped or offered any compensation."

So we had to go down 20mns before reaching Charlotte to a nearby airport to get fueled up and then went back in the air. The whole ordeal made me miss my connection flight to Barcelona! And I wasn't able to get on a flight until the next day. To make matters worse I had to flight back to New York to catch the flight to Barcelona! Unbelievable. I was beyond disappointed. I chose American Airlines for a reason, a good one at that. Yet this happened."

Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Cons: "My flight was scheduled for 5.37pm, but came to the airport thinking that I could get an earlier flight to Chicago and I was there at 1pm, requested for standby status, did not get it because am not platinum of diamond member, asked for $75.00, of course I didn't want to pay and stayed in the airport thinking that my flight would be on time, but it was delayed and delayed and took off at last, saw O'Hare airport but it looks like the pilot could not land it because he did not get the clearance, but as a passenger, I saw the flight going around and around the Ohare area, at least 6 times, then after landing taxing took for ever. I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."

Flights were pulling up they rebooked and they were fussing at customers. Understaffed and delaying and canceling flights. Would not recommend to anyone to fly with them. Even on connection changed gates 3 times. So customer unfriendly!"

Cons: "I was originally scheduled to fly to Cleveland from LGA at 8:30PM. At 12:30PM I got a text from United informing me that my flight had been cancelled. My only rebooking option on the same day was a 9:45PM flight out of Newark. Newark is significantly farther away from my apartment (2 hours vs. 30 minutes) but I took it because it was my only option. After a 2+ hour trip to Newark and going through a disastrous check-in process I found out my flight was delayed until 10:30, then 11, then 11:41. Hardly any real announcements were made until the end when the gate agent stopped hiding. No apologies were made and wasn't even offered water for the inconvenience."
Pros: "I was able to switch to an earlier flight and it all went perfectly. Staff was very helpful in achieving the move and we even scored exit row seats with extra leg room. Bravo"
