Good 6.0

Pros: The crew was wonderful, very hospitable and friendly.

Cons: The seating in economy class is abysmal. The seats are extremely small and the rows are to close together. There is no leg room. The seat cushioning is almost nonexistent. It's like sitting and leaning back on a board. On this last trip I had a window seat. I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs.

Pros: The airline and staff appear to be friendly and efficient

Cons: Seating in economy is tight. You really cannot move without annoying the passengers on either side. This also makes eating difficult.

Excellent 8.5

Pros: The seats are comfortable. I was fortunate to have a gap in the middle seat. On my flight there was a delay due to a person needing to disembark before the flight took off. The flight dealt with the person inconsiderately and explained to everyone the reason for the delay.

Cons: Nothing. The flight was efficiently run and seats comfortable.

Excellent 10.0

Pros: crew were fantastic. stewardess called Stacy was wonderful; had to time to chat and sort out my diet problem (gluten free) in time for the return flight. i've flow on a variety of airlines over the years and, frankly, ANZ is by far the best for friendliness, efficiency and understanding. Big Thanks

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Our flight was over an hour late leaving. Check in was slow, and when we finally reached the counter our bags were over the 7kg limit and were charged an additional 70 dollars(35 each). We were not charged at the beginning of our trip from Aukland to Nelson for over weight bags so it was a surprise. We were told at the counter if you declare your over 7kg bags when you first buy your ticket it is quite a bit less of a fee.

Pros: Comfotable flight, Good landing.

Cons: Though one of the stewardess' was professional she was a little impersonal. That statement is a little harsh as she was very young. I am sure as she gains experience she will become great at what she does. Maybe a big smile would help when she addresses passages.

Okay 4.0

Pros: Not much. 1hr 5min flight was 1 hr 10 min late. The cabin crew seemed disinterested.

Cons: The crew was poor. One chewing gum, another picking her hair/head throughout the flight like she has nits. The third lolling around and chatting/gossiping to the others. This is a short flight. The least they could have done was behave professionally.

HNL
SYD
Okay 5.0

Pros: Efficient boarding and grateful for the spare seat with the baby on our lap. Crew was nice enough.

Cons: We waited for a $9 toastie for 25 minutes- and had to remind the crew to get it. Disappointed that they are so cheap the only free thing on a 10 hour flight was water- after paying for checked bags, one coffee, and one sandwich, the extras made them more expensive then other "non budget" airlines.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in NZD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days. Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
