Pros: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."
Pros: "Obviously Biz Class is a great proposition for a flight of this length and once again the experience was a good one. Staff are always friendly and very attentive."
Cons: "We are not big eaters but when you leave at 10am then a lunch and breakfast is a bit of a stretch and even with light snack options we found ourselves hungry. Breakfast was not too flash"

Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Cons: "Noise of serving some people dinner in middle of night interfered with sleep. Deep dip South meant no internet for much of the flight lots of noise and inconvenience trying to fix Tvnz for (rude) lady in front"

Pros: "The plane was spacious and we had really good seats , next to the toilet and wall in front of us. Super, as we were traveling with a toddler and he was able to sit on the floor in front of us and play with his toys. Food came out promptly and was tasty. Loved the goodies for the kids, little blanket and scotch pad."

Cons: "Absolutely hate the fact that Emirates also started nickel and diming for selecting seats after charging a premium for the air ticket. Entertainment, Food, aircraft all are mediocre to slightly better than average. Sorry, lost all respect and aura for Emirates"

Cons: "Check in process was a little slow, since they do not have self service kiosks for those who are not checking bags. However, ticket staff was very friendly and helpful. Boarding was a tad chaotic, since they do not have separate lines for each group."
Cons: "I checked in online, but when I went to drop my bags there was about a 20 min delay. the agent needed to make 2 phone calls and conference with 2 supervisors. All this without letting me know what was going on."

Cons: "This isnt a complaint about screaming babies. They dont know any better. But kids that are 3-6 or so? They shouldnt be screaming for hours, kicking seats and the plane window, ignoring and talking back to flight attendants etc. What terrible parents. They left the plane a mess too with food and trash all over the place."

Cons: "Wheelchair help in Dubai is horrible. They need a disabled or aged person on their staff to understand our problems Too many carriage changes and unnecessary location changes. We do not need a guide to understand where to go and lead us along. We need physical help."

They only served water once which isthe #1 thing you should keep offering on a long flight like mine. I also didn't appreciate overhearing staff gossiping about other passengers."

Its time you charge for 2 seats for people that are the size of 2 people. Not fair to other passengers to have to be so inconvenienced and extremely uncomfortable."

Cons: "Flight was delayed and there was absolutely no announcement with everyone lined up at the scheduled departure time. Communication on the delay was non existent. There was one announcement made 10minutes after boarding was suppose to commence to say the boarding will be delayed. No details as to why, approximate time."
