Cons: "Qantas should have updated the passengers during the very long delay. A 4 1/2 hour delay warrants a little better treatment of there passengers but they left us in the dark as to what was going on. Even if there’s no new information, they should say so."

QANTAS WAS ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE BUT I WILL GO THE LONG WAY ROUND TO AVOID CREW & CONDITIONS LIKE THAT AGAIN. NO PILLOW,BLANKET OR TOILET PACK AND THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD. I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS!"
Cons: "Dark haired male crew member extremely rude except to two in row I58 & J58 who got 5 beers before departure,Food before everyone else, a gift pack from 1st class given before landing. I was refused extra bottled water. No entertainment the whole flight, Loud buzzing in galley 60H entire trip."

Was frustrated with the poor response of Sydney airport go manage an obvious failure of their baggage handling system. No fallback procedure was activated(manual for eg) to actually progress baggsge hangling even for those with connections to make. Disappointed and embarrassed by the defensive attitudes of staff who were given no Support by mgt of either airport or airline."
Pros: "Upon confirming my flight I had received a middle seat. When I got to Sydney I was able to talk a host at the gate to see if she can move to an aisle seat. She did and it was at the front of the row with plenty of leg room. I couldn’t have asked for a better flight home."
Cons: "The mess other passengers made. Have some respect for yourself and the stewardess. I could only imagine the home some of these people Live in."

Cons: "No info ahead of time about checking in. Once we got to the airport, I was told that I should have known better & checked in 24 hours prior. initially, the agent said that all seats are appropriated randomly. At the gate, I'm told different. I had to fight tooth & nail to get a seat next to my wife (who often gets airsick). It didn't feel good to have to argue & make a scene to accomplish this."
Pros: "I was really looking forward to flying international on Qantas to NZ, only to find out the flight was actually on American Airlines instead. The plane was dirty, the seats crammed together, and the flight attendants seemed genuinely pissed off to have to serve the passengers. American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."

Pros: "I booked by flight last minute due to a family emergency overseas. As such, I arrived to the airport a little later than I should have, the passengers had boarded the flight. The ground crew couldn't have been nicer in expediting my boarding and getting me on the flight. I can't thank them enough. Top service. Thank you. The flight still arrived 25 min early after great snack and smooth flight."

Pros: "The staff where excellent as was the full process from getting to the airport to disembarking. Would like to fly with them again"
Cons: "We have an autistic child and to get the seats that are most suitable for us proved very difficult. We got there in the end but basically they have said that that if we want to get our seats before check in opens we need the pay. We have never had to do this before and I was very shocked and surprised. They eventually relented and resolved the issue however the damage was already done. For a company that is associated with the local autism society I was very disappointed that they don't recognise it for the challenge that it can be."

Cons: "The entertainment screen stopped working twice and I had to ask the crew to fix it for me twice. They were helpful and fixed it, but it was a bit of a hassle."
Cons: "Flight was delayed due to A/C issues. Part had to be flown up from Sydney. We offloaded to Airport, and waited 4 hours. Missed Qantas connection in LAX, and was put on an American Airlines flight to JFK. No included food, seats that I had paid for not available on cramped conditions."
