Cons: "Packed flight with the entertainment system not working and a spiced potato sandwich for a snack."
Cons: "Most horrible experience... customer service is horrible ... didn't even take the flight . They delayed the flight and they think it is ok to put us on any flight they want . I booked the flight because i was particular on the shortest duration of the flight they rebooked me on a flight that would have taken me to my destination after 36 hrs and the way the crew spoke was so horrible. It was as if they did me a favor by putting me on another flight."
Pros: "Spacious, great entertainment selection, crew is very attentive"
Cons: "Not all seats can lean back"
Cons: "It was delayed for 8 hours!!!"
Pros: "the food was wonderful, the economy seats were comfy, and the service was superb. I really liked being able to watch movies and listen to music w/o a charge."
Cons: "I was taken by surprise that I could not take my SLR camera on board as carry-on luggage and had to check it (they were doing this to everyone, not just me and it covered laptops, kindles, cameras, etc - everything electronic except phones). This was not done on the flight into Dubai. Also irritating was when I got to Boston, an Emirates guy cut open the packing envelope open and in the process, accidentally sliced the camera neck strap. He was, however, very apologetic and eagerly got me the info needed to submit a claim to Emirates."
Cons: "the new laptop/camera rule. not enough cushion with bubble wrap, no organization. the crowd and lines werent managed. there isnt insurance available in case anything happens to them since it's out of our hands."
Pros: "The service"
Cons: "Entertainment program could be more structured; remote control did not work as it should;"
Pros: "Fantastic flight from start to finish lax to dubai. I was offered upgrade to business class from economy for $1000 USD which was well worth the cost as the 15 1/2 flight can be tough in economy. The a380 is smooth, much more quiet and is pressurized to lower altitude than most planes so you do get off feeling more refreshed. Service and food were good and the inflight entertainment is first class with hundreds of movies on demand."
Cons: "Took 50min after deboarding for luggage to arrive at baggage claim but I'm told that's not the usual and emirates staff were there to apologize and let us know of the unusual delay."
Cons: "Flight got delayed and had to stay in Dubai over night. I was provided with the hotel voucher when I enquiried about the delay but the staff did not give me enough information how to get to the hotel. He seems so caught up with other stuff. I was standing there clueless. The sceen on entertainment unit was too dark and the buttons were not working properly on the screen."
Pros: "The plane was not full and I had three seats to myself, so my very positive review is not totally fair. However, on a relative basis in comparison to other airlines, Emirates is the best on which I have flown."
Cons: "the vegeterian option was missing in lbreakfast and lunch"
Pros: "Crew couldn't have been friendlier!"
Cons: "Very good"
Pros: "The seats were very comfortable and the entertainment system (screen, phone charger, etc) including all the entertainment (movies, music, tv shows) was exceptional"
Cons: "They cancelled the flight I want to have my money back"
Pros: "Comfort and space inside aircraft is excellent, very good entertaiment and movies"
Cons: "Some stewardesses were in a bad mood and responded badly to passengers"
Cons: "The flight was little crowded but over all it was OK the food service was late and meal was delivered one hour late"
Pros: "The crews were helpful."
Cons: "The handle of one of my checked in bags broke down."
