No refunds for flights that I could not take due to Covid restrictions
Pros: "Swap my two reviews! This one is for the flight going to London when I had the Skycouch! That was fabulous."
Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "Skycouch in Economy was wonderful. Although small, it was sufficient in order to get comfortable and get several hours of sleep on a long flight. Entertainment system was outstanding, with excellent selections of movies, TV, TED talks & music. Plus, ordered water, beverages and snacks at any time via the screen and it was delivered to my seat. We had a seat change request at the gate which was resolved by the gate agent who was amazing."
Cons: "Check in and bag drop area needed personnel to assist and answer questions. It was not clear what to do and we stood in along line that we could have avoided if there had been a customer service rep to guide us."
Pros: "I had to cancel the flight because the have customer service very poor in air New Zealand vancouver BC agents the could not solve a simple problem in esta that happened to me similarly in Australia with the same problem of esta if they are not efficient they should be replaced there many good candidate for airlines in Vancouver BC"

Cons: "The WiFi didn’t work! Don’t advertise it if it is not working. Even setting it up is far too much work/confusing."

Cons: "The departure gate lounge for connecting flight to Vancouver was terrible.... very overcrowded, making for an unpleasant wait and boarding experience."
