Cons: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. Cons: "Latam Flight was delayed for maintenance and notice was not given via email/text or call. Desk agent pointed at paper taped on desk and asked us to read about the delay vs telling us what to expect."
Cons: "This flight was entirely unnecessary. I paid for this flight and another from Lima to D.C. I was in Nazca, so could have easily boarded in Lima which was 3 hours away, but the airline forced me to make the 14 hour trip back to Cusco instead, just so I could fly BACK to Lima on their plane, otherwise they would have cancelled my whole reservation. I will never fly with LATAM again."
